I made a point to go to Subway to try the foot long Aunt Annie's pretzel. What I got was overcooked and dried out to the point it was inedible. The staff were both very unusual and almost incommunicative. Avoid this hole in the wall.

I've been 2 times now. You can literally see the workers stare at you when you get out of the car and mumble under their breath while making eye contact.... very unwelcoming atmosphere and absolutely zero hospitality. In my 1st experience, the lady was literally cussing out loud that two people entered behind me, and they left. This time, the employee just seemed annoyed and barely took my order. Food is good though.

I have been to this location twice before with no issues, but yesterday afternoon turned me off. I am pretty sure people are not supposed to have their sandwiches yawned over. So gross !

No hello, no we’ll be with you in a minute, nothing. The counter where they add toppings is was filthy! I stood there a few minutes and walked out. Horrible employees, dirty store. This was on 9/12/2023 at 6:20 pm.

Whoever hires theses employees should be fired. The work area is a mess and the employees are more worried about what’s on the radio and social media. Almost walked out half way through her making my sandwich, then I get no napkins.

Came into today to buy a 12 pack of double chocolate cookies. They only had 6. When I asked how long to make fresh cookies the lady said 35 min which was clearly a lie because I came to the one in zona Rosa and it took them 10 to 15 min and they had no problem making me fresh cookies an hour before they close!! Won't come back to this place apparently we are too lazy to make cookies so we lie about how long it takes to make them......This was at about 6:45 pm no excuse to why we wouldn't make fresh cookies....
