Customer service needs to be polished. If you don’t want to do your job, find another one. A customer should not feel like an inconvenience. Maybe just expand the Casey’s into that building. The girls over there are lovely.

I went in with coupons that you get in the mail. They said they only accept one coupon out of all the ones on the sheet. Even tho we had the physical coupon, they said they only had one in their system that we can use.
So I didn’t order what I wanted to get because I came to get a deal. My girlfriend used that one coupon that would work here. I just ended up getting a $3 foot long pretzel. When he put the pretzel in the oven, he then proceeded to tell me that nobody put the butter out, and so they don’t have any butter and my pretzel may be dry.
So I couldn’t use a coupon then my pretzel was served dry? He proceeded to hand me a cold cheese sauce. I asked, you can’t give me any warm cheese sauce? He told me naw we don’t have a way to warm up. That is absurd. I’ve never had an experience this bad at a subway. Never again.

Horrible cashier and workers. The girl asked the other worker why she didn't lock the doors if she was gonna shut off the light. And the one making subs had the worse attitude ever. My opinion she needs fired. They both acted as it we inconvenienced them, making them have to do what they are paid for. I won't be returning to this trashy subway
