Last night I walked in and there was a guy with his arm wrapped up sitting in the corner. He proceeded to say that he couldn’t make sandwiches so no service. My question is why didn’t they close the restaurant I noticed two more people being turned away do they consider how inconvenient that is? Also there online ordering seems to hardly ever work..I called to complain but they dont answer the phone..I guess I’ll find a new location…

I will never come here again. I stopped by with my client she is an elderly disabled person. I walked in and tried to get her seated so she wouldn’t fall and next thing I hear is a lady behind the counter yell close my door. I went and closed it but immediately felt uncomfortable. Than she began to continue to speak rudely saying what do you want and the way she was speaking was very unfriendly so I asked her name she said Ross and than asked why and I stated because I would like to call and tell them how unfriendly your being she than starts going off saying her staff called in and I should of shut her door without her asking because she wasn’t going to walk all the way around and do it. I was so taken back I simply stated there’s no need to take your frustration out on me and that I wasn’t going to continue the conversation with her and could I just please get my order in to be honest if my client didn’t want it so bad I would have walked out but she continued to yell I just ignored her and kept asking for my toppings there was a young man there that apologized to me and asked me to have a good day seemed to me like he was use to her chaos. As long as she is there I won’t be returning and my sandwich was nasty veggies tasted old. My intentions were to dine in but left because of her

Poor girl was the only one working and had several customers waiting in line. I had placed an on line order. She stopped to fill my order. She was very calm and professional. I felt bad for her and feel she should not have been alone to try to keep up with everything. They do have a help wanted sign up. I sure hope they realize what a good worker she is and appreciate her. Didn't get her name, but thank you again for doing such a great job

Last night I walked in around 8:28. There was a gentleman in front of me. When she was done she told me we close at 8:30 and refused to take my order. The sign still said open and the door was open. It hit 8:30 while I was in line. She threw her gloves down and was very rude towards me. My first and last time coming. I wonder If I wasn't an African-American would I have been treated differently.

This is the cleanest subway in my area. The folks working here were very professional. I had been going to another location but this one is better so it will be my preferred subway
