So, Google is asking me to review my visit to subway. However I didn't go to Subway at all. I went right next door to Kam Sheng. I go there instead because it's sooooooo good. Have you ever tried a Dragon and Phoenix!? No? Then you haven't lived. Go try it.

I ordered a protein bowl and this Subway cut everything up (not just in 4’s but actually cut it up) and put the lettuce on top so it wouldn’t get soggy. I have ordered this same thing from different locations and never had anyone put so much care into making it! Very impressive!

Ordered a pro (double meat)online. Picked it up. When I got home. I found it was not double meat. I called up. He wanted me to take pictures of the sandwich and send it to him. I did so. I heard his phone dinging when I sent them. Yet he said he did not get the pictures. So not only did they cheat me out of what I paid for. But then add insult to injury and didn’t believe me . I will be using the other subway in liberty from now on.

All kids working no supervision could not or would not help rectify problems.
The place is clean. I wanted Multigrain bread they were out only had 2 breads available they were also out of straws. It was noisy you almost had to yell. I think there prices are high.

This location lacks the ability to make a sandwich correctly when ordering through Door Dash. After the 3rd failed order I stopped ordering online. I’ve tried walking in to see them make my sandwich and they never seem to care to make it correctly either while I’m standing there. Maybe the manager can show them how to be polite and greet their guest and say thank you. Guess I’ll travel to a different location where the staff can give actual customer service.
