Go anywhere else besides here. It took us 45 minutes to get our sandwich after we ordered it. We ordered through the app and they alerted us that the sandwich was ready. When we arrived they told us that the bread would not be ready for 20 minutes… how are they not prepared with bread during the lunch hour? They were slow and rude after that. Absolutely never coming back here. Complete waste of time for crappy “fast” food.
Btw it’s ridiculously expensive now for no reason.

Every single time I order online and get to the store, the order is not ready, and I end up waiting 5-10 minutes. It's not like I'm ordering at the last minute, I send the order 15-20 minutes before I show up. I only get a half-hour lunch break, so this gets kinda annoying. What's the point of ordering online if it doesn't even save me any time?

I placed my order ahead of time and went to pick it up when it was supposed to be ready. The store was empty when I arrived, but my order wasn’t ready, and I was told they were about to start working on it. I said I would wait, but then more people showed up, and their orders were taken before mine. I ended up sitting there for 15 minutes while they prioritized walk-in orders over mine.
What’s the point of ordering ahead if it doesn’t save any time? This experience was incredibly frustrating, and I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location. I mean there are plenty of other sandwich stores in the area.

Just walked in and it was empty besides the 2 employees behind the counter. Neither say hi or anything, waited at the counter for 2 or 3 mins them while they were doing random stuff. No turkey and no pickles available. It’s the lunch hour on a Friday, how do you not? Guy didn’t apologize or anything. Just terrible customer service. The most enjoyable part of the experience was hitting the no tip button at the end.

The 2 girls that were there apparently have an issue doing their job. Came in last Saturday for 3 sandwiches. And they caught an attitude cause we were ordering 3 sandwiches. They toasted the bread with cheese AND all the meat we asked for. They cold cuts were overcooked because of it. And then on top of that one the girls walks out and leaves who I am assuming she was training alone. Do better it is your job to make the sandwiches. Horrible place to go get you a sub.

If I could leave negative stars I would. They only have one employee staffed at any time. They never have any bread made. Forget putting an order in on the app. The one off of Wornall isn’t much better.

We had this for supper tonight and it was EXCELLENT!!! We had a cold cut and a tuna and they were both delicious! The bread was so fresh and there were a ton of fresh veggies on both sandwiches!!
