This is usually our go to for subs.... thought we'd grab some sandwiches quick and easy.... 45 min later we had our sandwiches. Not toasted not busy.... just us 45min. He even forgot what my sandwich was because it took him so long to make our others.

My online order was only half delivered. When I attempted to call their location for help, I could not get through the automated machine that then put me on hold for 3.5min and hung up without ever connecting me. I feel robbed having to pay for a meal I did not receive with no way to contact the restaurant to correct this.

The worker was incredibly rude and disrespectful. He wanted to judge my sandwich and didn’t listen to what i wanted on it. Didn’t listen to me, or make it the way I wanted. Will never be coming back to this location. Horrible customer service. I will be letting all my friends know about my horrible experience

Do you want the best customer service see the guy that manages this place! I used to run in a lot when I worked on my way home but I take care of my mom. The guy takes care of everyone. I'm stopping by to see him today buying a bunch of sandwiches and I'm gonna keep buying it from the sky cause he deserves it and I'm buying them all sandwiches, if you're around here, stop and say hi
*Sept 2023* I mobile ordered 2 footlongs using the buy one get one free footlong coupon. I arrived when the app said my order was complete. I walked into the store, and it was not on the shelf. I waited.This store made over 140+ sandwiches during the dinner rush (in addition to it being the first Chiefs game of the season.) It was explained to the customers that quite a few of the ingredients were sold out. Given that my sandwich was turkey/ham with just lettuce & mayo, I thought I'd be OK. When I got home, I opened my sandwich gleefully only to discover that there was tuna fish on it. I don't eat fish, so I ended up eating chocolate chip cookies for dinner. Thankfully, my husband ate it, and his sandwich was perfect.I understand that this is an accident and don't want any employees in trouble for this. They are underpaid and underappreciated by these capitalist big wigs who pester me to tip their employees instead of paying them a liveable wage.
