Subway

Decided to spend the day after Mother’s Day walking around with my dog and thought it would be a nice lunch to order subway on our walk and then walk it home. I arrived to subway and no worker was in the lobby, I found the smallest cup and began to fill it with water for myself and my dog. I finally see a worker come out from around the corner and she sees me with this small cup and ask me if I just took it. I said yes I did I just filled it with water though and I had an online order. She then reads the order and sees I didn’t purchase a water. PAY for a water cup? I said oh I’m sorry this was the smallest cup I saw I would love a water cup instead. She says no we don’t offer water cups. That’s the cup you get but you must pay $1.60 for it. For a water? Scam company. They’re obviously trying to “not offer” water cups to then in turn force people to pay two dollars for a water AFTER I spent $13 on a most likely mediocre sandwich and I’m drenched in sweat from the heat. Hope their profits soar LOL treating people like that over water is insanity. Never again

No1 knows how to correctly make a sandwich no1 knows how to use the register on multiple occasions the deserts are always stale I have even found a few expired items in the refrigerator & there's also wired music playing that I can't never understand... The Asians or Indians need to do ALOT BETTER...the only service they get is from campus students because they don't drive or ppl that come for the campus events other than that PLEASE AVOID THIS SUBWAY

Located on campus at Avila, this Subway is also open to the public. It is a typical Subway. Everything was clean and nice when we tried it, and the customer service was exceptional. The student working when we ordered completed our order accurately and was exceptionally kind and friendly. Great to have in the neighborhood.

Just want to say the young man working tonight that fix my sub did it perfect as well did not have to ask cut 1Ft long in half wrapped separate.. I will reorder here again - it's a little out of the way but ya get what you ask for.

The employees are incompetent and need to be retrained. How do they not know how to ring up a sandwich, chips, and a drink? I was overcharged and no one knew how to void the sale nor refund the difference. I wish I had of read the reviews before going to this location ?. SAD and disappointed.

Ordered online twice. Never on time had to wait 10 minutes past scheduled time.

I ordered online to avoid the screw ups, they couldn’t have even read my toppings, also to add insult to injury they kept hanging up the phone every time I called.If there was a way to give -1 I wouldSo after returning to the store, I mentioned that someone kept hanging up the phone and the clerk, proceeded to let me know it was him because he was busy

Couldn't get my order right even thought it was the most simple thing ever!!!!!! Ham and cheese on wheat bread toasted add mayo!!!! How hard is that? A 4 year old can listen better ?????
