Decent food and as expected for a Subway. Service was quick. The prices are pretty high anymore just for a sandwich though and they want a tip on top of that so definitely not a cheap meal out. You can go to alot of casual dining restaurants for around the same price.

I had a favorite Subway, but the guy that worked there, graduated from college and moved away. He gave us a heads-up that he was quitting. I and the other customers were deeply saddened by the news. So, I went to the Subway located at 10401 Blue Ridge BLVD, KCMO To place a very simple order. I ordered a simple footlong sandwich. When the clerk retrieved the bread. I noticed that it was really like but I didn't think anything. Of it because I assumed that the bread was cooked, and that was going to toast it. I asked the clerk if she would toast the sandwich for 30 seconds. She rolled her eyes. I asked her if she would give me extra lettuce and extra tomatoes on my sandwich. Holy cow, you would have thought that I asked her to rob a bank. I got a few other things on the sandwich, then it was time to pay. Another female was standing at the register. She asked, if I wanted to make the sandwich a combo. At first without thinking about it I responded, "No thanks." And then I thought about it and realized that, oh I do want to make it a combo. But before I could tell the cashier that I changed my mind, and I did want to make it a combo. The psycho clerk decided to assert, "Of course not." Without looking at the crazy clerk, I told the woman at the cashier well, I was going to change my mind and get the combo but now, I just want the sandwich after all.I get Home. And I open the sandwich and take half of it and start to eat a sandwich. But I noticed that the bottom part of the bread is extremely pale. I took a bite of this sandwich. The bread tasted pasty and doughy and uncooked. I was shocked. I thought how could this bread be so messed up even after I toasted it for 30 seconds. It was insane, I had to put the sandwich in the oven. I won't be going back to that subway.Subway was my favorite fast food restaurant chain. But it's getting more and more difficult to find a good one. I went to a Subway in Parkville, Missouri and the 2 females working in there had these crazy long nails and one of them you could tell they were dirty underneath. She was wiping down the counter with a rag that looked dirty. Then she picked up plastic gloves with dirty hands contaminating the gloves. Tge other one began making my sandwich. She wanted to put the cheese perpendicular to the bread. And then she became irate when I asked her to put the cheese horizontally on the bread. I went to a different Subway in Parkville, Missouri, and one of the clerks had long hair dandruff and very bad acne. He kept touching his face, his hat, and putting his hair in and out of a ponytail as I walked toward the counter. So I just turned and walked out of that one.I'm going to switch to Chick-fil-a to see if that can be my new favorite.I'm submitting a picture off the 10401 Blue Ridge Boulevard receipt Along with 2 others to show that I really do go to Subway probably too much. I go at least once a week for sure.

Mr. Ken Patel and his family do an excellent job of running a clean, fresh, high quality, economical and professional Subway restaurant business.They are all always very pleasant when my husband and I visit. They've remodeled the restaurant and it looks fabulous. They're always cleaning and making sure the food selection bar/area is well stocked and the ingredients are fresh.My husband normally gets the Steak and Cheese ? sub with double meet and extra cheese (toasted). He's always satisfied with the result. I skip around a bit and get the Chicken Bacon ? Ranch sub w/ extra cheese (toasted), the Spicy Italian with/ extra provolone (toasted) or one of the new bowls ? they have. I'm always very satisfied with the end product as well. Pro Tip: Ask them to chop your bowl, its so good that way.They offer a wide selection of chips and drinks to choose from. They also have cookies ?. This is an all around great place to satisfy your cravings for a wonderful sandwich and further delight your taste buds with all the fixings for a great meal. They also offer a dine in area if you just can't wait until you get to your destination to sink your teeth into something delicious.Try them out, you'll be happy you did. Long hard day working in the heat! A 6 inch turkey sandwich sounded like a perfect light dinner. And it was! The young lady at I-470 and Blue Ridge was a true "Sandwich Artist." She made and wrapped my sandwich with skill and care. Perfect end of the day meal. Thank you Subway!
