I gave high reviews; however I did notice that Sunday has changed ged from a “non-peak” day to a “peak” day - at least according to the kiosk signs over head.
The last time I questioned a change such as this management threatened to call police because and kept repeating that I’m refusing to pay my bill (even though my bill was already paid in full).
My concern is at the time I paid for full “Titanium” membership the non-peak were what they are; cha gong them mid season (without any notice) changes the benefit that I originally paid for.
I’m not going dig into this too far but it would have been nice to at least see a notice via email alerting members of this change and brief explanation as to why considering it does change level of benefit.
TShotz has done some other very favorable changes since the time the threat of calling police on me.
P.S. I was not concerned whether police were called or not as I knew I was 100% in the right and had several witnesses with me at the time observing the entire situation.
As far making these changes regarding peak and non-peak hours and days - this will be my last post regarding your position as how to conduct and orchestrate these changes.

service can be slow at times and food is what you expect but we come to have fun and we did!!! Very clean and nice setup

This place is a joke.

I had a group of 8 and wanted to reserve 2 bays for 2 hours. Simple, right? Not here. You can’t do that online—anything more than one bay and you have to email them directly. After doing that, I got a reply requesting a $200 deposit and a $100 food and beverage minimum. For reference, the bays are only $35/hr.

It felt like I was being set up for some kind of “event” package, complete with a hostess and upsells, when all I wanted was two driving range bays next to each other. I called to clarify and was told this was “normal pricing” and that walking in would not guarantee side-by-side bays.

So… we walked in anyway. And guess what? It wasn’t even busy. We got two bays right next to each other with zero issue.

Unfortunately, that’s where the good news ends.

Our bays had no airflow, while the fans in the empty bay next to us were pointed helpfully… at the empty tables.

I asked if one of the fans could be redirected toward us. That never happened.

The loaded fries were a sad excuse for food—barely any sauce or cheese, cold, overcooked, and they took 30 minutes to arrive.

And the worst part? The “couches” in the bay are maybe 6 inches off the ground. I’m a 300 lb woman, and we had several people over 6 feet tall. Completely unusable and uncomfortable. Meanwhile, both bays next to us were empty and had high-top tables and chairs just sitting there unused—with fans blowing directly on them.

I tried to talk to the manager about our experience, but was basically shrugged off with a response that boiled down to “it is what it is.”

What a complete disappointment. Poor service, confusing and unnecessary booking process, subpar food, and seating that feels like a prank. Definitely won’t be back.

I had the pleasure of reserving bays for our medical residency program and their bonding event. T-Shotz have not disappointed! Our residents were pleased with the facility, service, and food. Thank you, Ashlyn, for your assistance, we hope to continue bringing great experiences to our hard-working residents.

The food was really good and the games are similar to their competitors. The service took a while at the Golf bays and they got our ticket mixed up with another group.

My kid likes to come here for her birthdays. Staff is always very polite and accommodating.

It’s a pretty cool place drink some beer and hit some golf balls

Johnny was best waiter we've had so far. Didn't have to chase him down to get drinks. Checked on us multiple times.

Fun for bdays and great servers!

The food was great and very clean. The service was great too.

Pros: Good food options, good drink options, great staff, nice facility!

Cons: No automatic instructions for game play from staff, horrible seating in the bays (all tables should be high tops not the little yoga ikea couches....could barely get up off of the couches to play), time should be based off of group size...really hard to enjoy the atmosphere and rush to complete a game in 1 hour with 4 or more people.

Overall a good place to hangout with friends and family, you should check this place out!

Usually a lot of fun, was there for a birthday party and the manager came and told us only 8 to a bay and we had 9. Meanwhile we all had open tabs he asked up to move so we ended up leaving, ruined a birthday party, and lost money. Super awkward and probably will just go to top golf next time.
