Circled around about 4 times, cashier was slightly uncomfortable by our presence. However I would put these nacho fries inside me.

Meh. I wish some of the food was more fresh and crispy, not 3 hours old potatoes dried out almost chip my teeth, not a weirdly wet taco shell in the middle of my crunchwrap supreme. Then on top of many times, acting like the taco meat for the regular simple hard shell taco comes out of their checks. Not even a big plop in the Middle and call it good. Just seems like 1/3 of what is really should be here. I would be cool with half a taco in just HALF a taco made right.. I don't even want the full taco to be made right.

Best times to go are Monday thru Friday during the day. The crew is awesome the food is spot on. But only during these times. Other times it is very hit or miss with quality.

I had an amazing experience, except for the fact that the bathroom looked and smelled like a Chicago Subway station. Food was great, but couldn’t the bathroom be nice because I drank a lot of soda and needed to go a lot.

Worst Taco Bell in Kansas City, MO!!! Messed up my entire order and refused to remake or refund my money. Made modifications to my order and team member did not put on my receipt at all. This caused my whole order to be completely wrong. Horrible service and bad attitudes. Don’t go here if you want your food fresh and made correct.

I just came from this Taco Bell. I have had issues with the girl in the drive through for three consecutive trips. I spoke to the manager (Agash) (?). He was very professional he resolved my issue and he is the only reason I will go back. I had made up my mind to never go back, but after speaking to him I will be back.

India workers will eyeball you hard when you are mother who has sons deciding to use men’s restrooms. Big deal if I go in there with my sons ? Worry about the huge problems in the world like cleaning the restrooms.

Ordered the Luxe Cravings Box with cinnamon twists. The twists has a horrible smell and tasted like they were cooked in months old grease leaving a horrible aftertaste in your mouth. I had to throw them out.

The food is good. But the app doesn't let me type. I have to type everything in notes. Copy and paste it in the app. Even for payment. Customized orders never save. And I always get sour cream when I hate it. Baja blast never seems to be an option for an in app drink. But friendly face and good vibes from people upon pick up
