They need to address the cleaning of their fryers. People don't want to taste dirty grease and oil. And believe me, you can tell the difference. Just saying. Let's get it together y'all!! God bless!

We ordered through the Taco Bell app and arrived to pickup our food. We were told by the manager that they didn't have our order and that the Taco Bell app is a 3rd party not Taco Bell. When we showed her the order number and receipt on our phone. She told us that even though we paid for the food in the Taco Bell app that we could not have it.

Then she turned around and saw it order bagged on the counter with our name on it even though we had told her our name and shown her the paid order she refused to provide us with food. Don't use the app and avoid this location.

The girl who took our order sounded annoyed we were there there. I guess she had better things to do. She gave us the wrong soda, one mild sauce and no napkins. Won't be going back anytime soon.

I was craving some tacos, so i came to the prospect store i was happy when i entered there was no one in the lobby so I expected expedient service however after waiting 10 minutes while one of the cooks just looked at me i figured i would put my order in on the kiosk and waited another 10 min. i ordered the#8 supreme my favorite. I got, not the supreme, then was told there are 2#8s one is not the supreme instead of offering me sour cream she walked away, i then had to ask how much for sour cream i paid for it and again had to wait this time being told there were other customers i had to wait my turn. Maybe the order could have come correct if it wasn't so confusing on the kiosk, but the service afterward is why I'll not come back to t

I normally get good service when going to this location 1420 prospect ave 64127 but today I had an issue with my order so I took it inside and Maria the manager that also handled my order at the window was very rude. All I ask for what I ordered changed to something else which was less value which I would get money back for the difference. When I took my order in Maria says huh just throw it away looks like you already ate it away (I took two bites and the shell was hard as hell! Not fresh).. Maria took fifteen minutes to bring me my amount difference. Then she slammed my money on the counter and walked away while I was standing near a table instead of handing it to me any one could have grabbed my money! VERY RUDE!. The African American lady that was making orders was sweet although she accidentally gave me the wrong order which she apologized for, The lady says hold on I'm going to make the right order. Maria told her no! No more orders for her ( talking about me I was confused). The lady making orders said Yea I'm making her another order I gave her the wrong order. I ask Maria her name she refused to tell me I ask her for my receipt she didn't want to give it to me until I started saying I'm calling Corporate! Then she brings me my receipt and hand it to me with a different attitude. If someone's order is wrong fix it it's all apart of working fast food. Good customer service is all about working fast food. Maria if you are going to have a bad attitude Mexico is wanting you back asap!!

If you want good tacos and customer service go to taco ricos. This is every where? People saying they can't get what they ordered

I live in Independence, Mo. I come to this Taco Bell DAILY, so I deal with the employees DAILY. Miss Ronda, you my dear are the best. The food is always on point and never sloppy which I find to be a big problem in the independence stores. Your demeanor is wonderful daily. This woman needs a store of her own, I promise she won't disappoint. All my independence people, this where it's at....mmmmmmm
