Love going to this location. Employees are polite, food is always correct and they aren't weird about sauce packets. I drive a little further just to come here instead of the one on Bannister across from Price Chopper because I know my order will be right. Thanks Red Bridge Taco Bell!

I had a bad experience once when they first opened some years ago. After that I would go to Grandview and get something if I wanted Taco Bell. However, earlier this year I decided to give it another chance and I'm glad I did. I went and completely different experience than my first. I don't often eat Taco Bell but when I do I swing by this time as it's closer to home. Always good food and good service since then. Keep up the good work!

Insane, sold out of half the menu and handed four half frozen cinnabons from the window, what's the point of even going to a food place if you still have to cook the shit when you get home

11:59am on October 9th 2025, I stood and watched the female making the food pull out her personal phone with gloves on and tap on her screen and then continue making food without changing her gloves.

I don't know everything might be nice food might be good it's the customer service that is no longer a good thing at this location when you pull up to the drive-thru and they come across and ask you what do you need obviously I'm there for some food so that should not be the way you greet your customers who are coming to the window whoever greeted at this time at 4:00 p.m. on this day Friday was not inviting thank you

Taco Bell did it job i have been backed up and feeling sick but taco Bell right que popped the cork . Long story short my stomach feels better after 2 hours in restroom. Got to give 5 stars
