Still one of the best taco bells in the KC area. My food comes out quick and still hot. The drive thru was spotless

This taco bell in particular is extremely slow for some reason, and ordering on the app doesn't help with that. It feels like they don't actually start making your food until you show up, and even then that can take up to 30 MINUTES. The lines get real bad sometimes, but at least they rarely mess up the orders. I don't have this issue at other taco bells so it's really weird that this place specifically is so slow when it comes to preparing the food. I wouldn't bother trying to go inside either assuming you can skip the long line, as that takes even LONGER.

So we frequent this location about once or twice a month. Today the experience was a bit worse than normal. It seems it's been trending towards the negative. Good is okay but there seam to be inconsistance attention to the food which lead to some cold food and some food that we not very well balanced such as only rice on one end of the burrito and only cheese on the other end. The staff appeared busy but had basically no communication with each other and paid no attention to the customers. You could only get their attention if they were already coming up to the counter for something else. The atmosphere itself is okay. It has a good music level and the seats are reasonable considering fast food. However there is not much detail given to cleaning. You can see old dirt only a few inches under the counters. The dinning room seams to have clean surfaces to eat on. Ultimately the staff could use some upgrades. You get no sense that the staff want to be there at all. The attention to the customers is a big turn off for me.

Food takes forever just to get and it's half put together. Burritos not wrapped, nachos with a handful of chips and a squirt of sauce NEXT to them. Why does fast food even exist if it's not fast, cheap, or somewhat decent anymore? If I wanted to pay over $30 to get shitty food and service I'd go to a REAL restaurant..

Food good but owner needs to know property is filthy. Dirty tables, floor, windows, trash all over outside, bathroom sink and floor, dirty- trash in floor.. One of the dirtiest fast food places Ive been in.

It's taco bell so it's not fancy, but the quality is so hit and miss here.
They gave me food poisoning. Ate here and then threw up at 2am, terrible place.

Waited for 15 minutes in drive thru then when I got to the order speaker I was told that were no longer taking orders even though they didn't close for a another 30 minutes when I got to the pick up window I was giving a coupon for free taco I don't think that's very satisfactory after waiting in line for 30 plus minutes I couldn't leave the line cuz I was blocked in there was no apology or no reason why they couldn't take any orders they just said they weren't taking it any more orders even though they didn't close for 30 minutes

Absolutely 11/10. I've been to this Taco Bell once or twice before for a couple tacos and also shared these feelings then. This Taco Bell slaps, it's amazing, most likely the best Taco Bell I've ever had. The breakfast I ordered today was so delicious I wanted to cry, and the sweet, older lady who gave us our food was a sweetheart. Good job, Taco Bell. You win today.

The Crunch wrap supreme use to be my go to item, however, for the last 6 months any time I order from this restaurant my crunch wrap is made incorrectly, the meat and cheese on one side, and lettus and chip on the other, it's not fun having to open my couch wrap every time to spread everything out. This restaurant also never removes items when asked to do so, such as Tomato's, or sauces.
