Not terrible! Gave us the wrong food, and when we finally got ours, it was so poorly wrapped. I had to fix it when I got home, and still it spilled. It was unfortunate. They were nice enough, though.

Customer service is top notch. My mobile app would only let me place a drive thru order when I wanted to eat in the dining room. The employee let me place the order for the drive thru and they made a special effort to make sure I received it in the dining room. Kuddos team Taco Bell!

Slowest drive thru on earth. 4th car in line took 17 minutes....yes, I had time to clock it. It's like they don't start making the food until you get to the pay window. And the lobby was empty. Fast food my butt!

Today was the BIGEST "taco drop" that they've ever done!!!! Here's the problem, I tried several times to get in on the $1 taco deal and was never able to complete an order either the app would deny my order because the the store was out or just denied because I couldn't get the app to activate fast enough... This is too bad, I USED to be a big fan of Taco Bell.

Depends on when you go and who you get. This morning I went and at the end of placing my order I heard someone in the background practically yell "I wish these people would go away!" It was super clear and honestly I should have ordered ten more things just to piss that person off cuz it's your literal job. I worked at this location over ten years ago and it's really gone downhill....

This is one of the worst Taco Bells. Left my raincoat there. When my wife called the guy said he had to get the order out. He set the phone down and someone asked him about the phone and he told them to just hang up. I drove up there to find the lobby closed and my coat hanging on the door for anyone to steal. Not the first time I have had a problem with the weekend crew.
BRO don’t come here please god don’t come here. I picked it up to eat and there was a THICK LONG GREY HAIR IN MY LOADED NACHOS. Which that unfortunately ended up in my mouth. I’m so sad cuz I was on a Taco Bell kick and it was so good and now I want nothing to do with it AT ALL. Sad day.

Tried to go in the lobby to pick up an order but it was closed. Sign on the door said it was due to short-staffing. It was during a dinner rush 6:00 at night and two of the staff members were literally sitting in the parking lot smoking cigarettes right in front of the store. A guy and a girl. Absolutely ridiculous. As I was sitting in the Drive-Thru waiting forever because maybe one person was actually working inside the store more people pulled up in a car into the handicap spot handed something off to the lady in the passenger seat of the SUV and then drove off. So not only are they not working but they're doing drug deals in the parking lot. This happened on September 12th 2004 at 6 p.m.
