By far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, wait in line to get COLD food that has been out for who knows how long. Would rather eat off the floor than eat here

This is the slowest Taco Bell in the area. We waited over 20 minutes for our food with 5-6 people working. All they do is stand there is talk and take their time. I was shaking bc I needed to eat and they were taking their sweet time getting orders out.

I went through the drive thru, Alex was the lady that was at the window. It’s not often in fast food that someone leaves an impression. She was so outgoing and friendly!! I called to get her name and Johnny was very kind on the phone as well.

I have never in my life experienced the most amazing service at that Taco Bell . Alex was phenomenal! So polite , patient and made sure I had everything correct I felt like a catered restaurant vs a fast food industry. Supurb experience!!!!!

This is the 4th time in a row I’ve received the wrong things on my Crunchwrap, not only at this location but others as well, I’ve been specifically asking for no tomatoes every time and I keep receiving them with only tomatoes.

Just about the worst taco bell I've been to. I've also had 2 Uber Eats drivers cancel orders from here. Other reviews say Taco Bell is the issue, and I believe that.

It takes a LOT for me to leave a bad review. It’s either a really great experience or really horrible before I leave a review. This, unfortunately, is a really horrible experience. Order placed at 5:30p before we got to the store, estimated finished time was 5:35p. It’s exactly 5:47p as I write this and there are three people here before us that still haven’t gotten their food, so we clearly have a while longer to go. There were roughly 4 cars at most in the drive thru, so while I’m not ignorant to the fact that it’s dinner time on a Monday, thus is still insane. And it’s not even the first, second or third time. Yes, shame on me for getting burnt so many times, but we’ve come at different times of the day, with different numbers of people in our party (there four of us today), on different days of the week and NOTHING CHANGES. I can give credit where credit is due, they do all seem to be working, but they most definitely are working against each other and not together. One guy, who I would assume to be some sort of manager, is more concerned with yelling at people for getting fed up with standing at the counter waiting for 10 minutes get their cup before finally reaching over the counter to get them himself than he is with actually being productive. He is the one exception to the majority of hard working people in the back. By the end of typing this it is 5:55p and my husband finally walked up to find out our food has been sitting out for an unknown amount of time and they never said anything. They also messed up the order. So 0/10, don’t come to this location unless you hate yourself.

Quick and easy dine in was good. Unfortunately looks like all or most Taco Bell locations have a weird sewer like smell

Best Taco Bell in Liberty!
This is hands down the best Taco Bell location in Liberty. The food is always fresh, the staff is friendly, and the drive-thru moves quickly even during busy hours. Orders are consistently accurate, and the service goes above and beyond compared to other fast food spots. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or late-night cravings are kicking in, this Taco Bell never disappoints. Keep up the great work!

I went late at night (1030-11pm) and was very surprised that the line was clear out to the road. Obviously, it took time getting to the window, but no where near as long as I have waited in a line at McDonalds (on more than a couple occasions) before. I ordered on the app, so there wasnt any miscommunication when ordering. And by the time I got to the window, my food was just getting boxed/bagged. I made the 3-4 minute drive home, and my food was still very hot, and absolutely no mistakes were made. :)

Not the Taco Bell of the past. Smaller portions, less meat, much higher prices.

Food is always great and tidy from here. But two things on service. One… they have been instructed to ask patrons to order on the screens. I’m all for streamlining things, but if a customer wants to order from a human being then the business should have both options equally available. Two… if they want to use machines then they should invest in the drive thru AI voice. Or work in short window rotations to avoid burn out? I realize it’s fast food, but it always feels like I’m inconveniencing the person I’m giving the order too.
If they are wanting to push people to ordering on the app they are doing just that. But if it’s not intentional to kill service levels, there should be something that gets that team excited to come to work.
