Not terrible! Gave us the wrong food, and when we finally got ours, it was so poorly wrapped. I had to fix it when I got home, and still it spilled. It was unfortunate. They were nice enough, though.

Customer service is top notch. My mobile app would only let me place a drive thru order when I wanted to eat in the dining room. The employee let me place the order for the drive thru and they made a special effort to make sure I received it in the dining room. Kuddos team Taco Bell!

Taco Bell used to be a good place to get mediocre Mexican food and I didn't mind because it was such a good deal. Recently I spent almost $70 for two taco party packs!? That's no bueno for me anymore.
