To bad there is not negative stars because this place is trash wanted a soft taco nope the tortillas are all froze .went to restroom absolutely filthy.there extremely slow I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!

I do not usually review fast food places but this is the BEST Taco Bell in KC and, dare I say it, better than ones I have gone to in Johnson County. Quite frankly, I didn’t think I liked Taco Bell and would only go, begrudgingly, if a friend or family member insisted. Several months ago, we went to this one after leaving the Plaza late in the evening. I was so impressed by the quality of the food that I have gone out of my way to go there just to get their version of the seven layer burrito.

I go to this location when I am in the area and when I went inside to order, the guy who is normally in drive thru during the day was making another customer's drink and he reached his BARE HANDS into the container where the dehydrated pineapples were and tossed them in the cup with someone's drink. NASTY. SMH, if you go here either go in and watch you food be made or just stop going there all together.

Got dropped off wasn't allowed to walk up to drive up only window dining room was locked sign says they're open till 10:00 Google says they're open till 10:00 but reality is they're not I got here at 5 minutes till 8:00 and took that picture I'm hungry and I'm now stranded because my son-in-law didn't want to come out here if he's not going to eat but he will we all know that it's just crappy has to they're not open I don't know I tried to go in but the sign on the door say

The evening crew on 7/13/25 had they A game. When I say my tacos was so FIRE, hot, fresh, I visted a couple weeks ago and was so disappointed waste of money. Decided to give them another shot this time something said get an extra Hard Taco supreme (and did). Barely out the drive thru I ate one couldn't wait to get home to enjoy the rest, Abd we like to say yall put yall whole foot in the food... Thank you for redeeming your store.

This place is disgusting. I had gotten food for me four people in my vehicle it's a chicken. It was old and hard. The french fries were cold biscuits were rock, solid and the coke that I had gotten was almost out of syrup. The people were rude an unhelpful. I am not exaggerating when I state this place needs to be shut down.
The drive-thru is a little complicated due to bad engineering? However the atmosphere with the people at the drive-thru window is great harmonious entertaining and they had everything that I wanted.

I come here often because it's one of the closest places to grab lunch on my break my order is often sort a item and when u call because again I'm on break so I don't have time to come back but when u call no one ever answers the phone in store. So I can never redeem my missing items that nowadays aren't cheap!!!!

If your out of items, the best time to mention that would be AT the time the customer is ordering! Not after the customer has paid. The customer shouldn't have to ask you!

I just stopped there for a meal and I paid for the green hot sauce and when I got home my hot sauce was not in my bag this is the second time they do this to me.
