Delicious food for not much money. Leave a tip and say muchas gracias and everything is better than if you have a bad attitude and don’t appreciate the workers. Fast food owes you nothing and you owe them kindness for preparing your food. Be kind, Kansas City.

If you need help, they will ignore you. Self service menu is missing combo items and have to order individually to spend more money. Don't recommend this location.

Did not follow what I ordered.

The burrito ( I did not want sour cream, nacho cheese) I wanted red sauce.

No red sauce & Everything I didn't want was on there.

In my box I wanted soft taco+ received a hard shell.

Everything I wanted was on the receipt, but get what I ordered...There is no excuse for mistakes.

I don't usually ever complain about a fast food However today i was so upset at how JaOnna W treated me in the drive through window Im just not going to be passive I realize it's not the best job in the world, but it's still your job to treat your customers how you would want to be treated , this woman literally would not lean out the window to give my change. I wasn't parked very far away from the window. She was able to get my money to pay for the food ! JaOnna W refused to stick her arm out the window far enough to give me my change I had to put my car in park literally get out of my car to get my change . I could understand this behavior if I've been rude or unpleasant, but I was very friendly. I'm always friendly. There's usually a young girl working in the window and I always tip her. I'd even plan to tip JaOnna W Because I've been in service and I know what it's like when somebody tipping makes your day. All I'm saying is if you don't wanna lean over to Hand customers or change maybe workingin the drive-through Window is it your strongest place at Taco Bell?
