I do not go to Taco Bell very often. I had a pleasant experience at this location. I went through drive-thru. The server was very nice and a tentative to my needs as I did not know what I really wanted. The order was perfect everything was in the bag that I ordered. The price was not bad at all. Drive-thru was not crowded and the outside was clean.

Good value for your money. Just wish taco meat was more meaty, if that makes any sense.
The location is clean and well taken care of. The staff was polite and helpful and were quick to fix an order issue. While the tacos I had were extra saucy and pretty messy, it was good overall (as far as fast food Taco Bell goes!)
Unlike other Taco 🌮 Bells, they don't take your order at the counter. You MUST use the kiosk and pay with your credit/bank card.

Angels!!! This team of people are great humans! We were heading back to Kansas after a tournament and pulled in the drive through. It was at that point our car broke down. The crew of people came out to help us in any way they could. Damian was quick to check it out while my guy in the purple (Brandon?) went and grabbed the tools. Damian got my car up and running y'all!!! All while the rest of the crew hurried back and prepared our food ❤️ There are still good humans and they proved it!! Thanks a million Taco Bell crew!!!

The workers are really nice, but there's been issues the last few times I ordered from the app. They either have trouble finding it, or there's items missing/ made incorrectly.

Taco Bell clearly does not want to serve customers in the lobby When you manage to catch someone's attention they direct you to the kiosk and look frightened and upset if you insist that they actually take your order at the register
