Backpacking America
I recently had lunch at Tanner's, with a group we tried the BBQ Booga, Booga Melt, Build-a-Booga, Grilled Lips, and Mediterranean Chicken. The food was good across the board, with each dish delivering good flavors that hit the spot. The restaurant wasn’t busy during our visit, making for a relaxed and easygoing meal. Tanner's is a great choice for a tasty, laid-back lunch.

We were curious when we went in at 7:15 on a Saturday night why this place was so empty, now we understand why. The waitress appeared stoned; she repeatedly forgot to bring our water after being reminded and never did ask if we wanted a second beer. Our food took forever and then when it came out my wife’s burger (which was supposed to be medium) was charred to a crisp and the cheese was half off the sandwich. My potato skins were soggy and lifeless. We live less than a mile away and would love for this place to be repeatable, but regretfully it’s not.
Vegetarian options: Black bean burger was delicious. Sweet potato fries are good. Their power bowl was great, though without chicken may have been better.
