Food and servers were great. It just took a long while to get our drink orders in, so when they were able to come over we just ordered everything at once. And when we were ready to leave it took a while to get the check. But I would highly recommend, it was very delicious.
Food was amazing! Portions were just right, leaving you full, but not overly stuffed. Would definitely recommend.
The food was on par with Olive Garden, trying to pass as chef'd. Many Sysco cans, died making the slop I sent back. The James Beard chef they tout is long gone. They claimed they did not have the reservation. The staff was all new and young.
Food was excellent. Best calmari and caprese pizza I ever had. The restaurant was understaffed so service was slow. But all the workers did their best and made it as pleasant as possible.
My 2nd time coming to this restaurant and I just want to stress how good the service was each time. A lot of reviews complained about it but clearly they have made improvements. The food is extremely reasonably priced, extremely flavorful, and are large samples. If you use valet the hotel will charge you $24, not sure how much the garage is, but something to think about.
Decent food and cool ambiance, however the service left much to be desired. Plus, they were out of two of the appetizers we were interested in ordering and had no ice cream for the dessert we ordered.
Steak was so salty it was almost non eatable. The broccoli side was the same.

Poor service, sometimes a bit of attitude. Food was good, but not up to what I expected for the level of hotel.
Getting a refill of coffee is difficult.
One bright server was Ryan. Super kind, pleasant, and helpful. They were short staffed during his shift, but he told us that up front. The other day’s seemed staffed , but just slow or didn’t care. We ate there three days in a row. Saturday with Ryan was the only good day in my opinion

Empty restaurant after 7pm, waited over an hour with plenty of empty water glasses for overly salted, grisley $50 steaks. Out of many dishes on the menu. The waitstaff were kind enough but not worth your time.

I would highly recommend this place if you’re in the area. The staff is friendly and attentive. The arancini was to die for and the overall atmosphere was classy and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back.

The restaurant had the chef serving our table. The staff forgot my order and forgot 1/2 the order of two of my guests. The restaurant did heavily discount my bill. The food was very tasty.
Really a big disappointment. Not very busy but clearly understaffed- I waited almost 15 minutes for her to come back to take my order - almost half of the menu was not available- settled on the Carbonara - after waiting another 45 minutes I asked for it to go… not much flavour- a big disappointment

There were two of us, with a tip, we paid around $180. I wish we could get our money back. It was the most disgusting dinner ever. We are from Seattle, WA so do not frequent Kansas City. Our server was very nice and apologized for the poor food and for being out of certain things. She did her best. But the food in general was absolutely disgusting. I had the squid pasta which was cold and my husband had the Lobster Mac & Cheese. The seafood was dry and gross in both dishes.
We visited for an early dinner on a Friday night, so it wasn't crowded and neither the kitchen nor the servers should have been stressed. That said, service was slow in every respect. I was expecting a little more authentic Italian fare and if not homemade pasta, at least a somewhat elevated Italian dining experience. I had the carbonara, which was fine but definitely not great. I will admit to being surprised by the substitution of crumbled bacon on the dish, rather than the customary pancetta. This was my first sign that good not great was what we could expect. My pasta was also lukewarm — all around not impressive. One of my companions had the chicken picatta which ended up being an unusual treatment by the chef of a thigh and leg combination rather than the pounded chicken one typically expects in a piccata dish. It was really not all that impressive. Last but not least, my other companion had the chicken parm, which was the best of the three for the evening. That said, it was again a dish that is traditionally pounded chicken but instead was a thick chicken breast. All in all, as I mentioned, it was fine — good, not great, and definitely not on our radar for a second try.
