Best Tenderloin burger you will ever eat. The other menu items are good too, but the Tenderloin is cooked to perfection every time I been there. Only one miss step was I got it loaded with the extra stuff. I don't recommend it, but maybe you'll like it. The service is great and very friendly. Atmosphere is good outside dining depending if you find a table when it's busy. During winter time, it'll be a bit difficult to sit outside. All and all, it's must try. You will love it.

Horrible service, this is the 5th time showing up around 10:20ish am on Saturday and they say they aren’t open (even though the hours say so). Expect to catch an attitude if you question it.

It's a decent place in theory. My wife and went to the store in the city market. To start, the music is so loud you have to yell your order to the person standing right in front of you at the register. That aside, the food taste like old oil. Not much flavor in anything. She ordered the bacon cheeseburger and it was basic at best. And it's hard to mess up a bacon cheeseburger. We ordered truffle fries that were soggy and taste like old oil. The fries that were crispy were almost burnt.
I ordered the double tenderloin sandwich. I was happy when I saw the sandwich but the moment I bit into it I realized I had made a mistake. That old oil taste took over the whole sandwich. It's all you could taste. No flavor even though I ordered it with normal fixings. The grease killed it all. Honestly considering it's a "proud member of minskys pizza family" I would say they are the black sheep of the family that people only call because their mother forced them to invite them to the party.

So I had see an ad on FB for Tenderloin Grill. It was for their Philly Cheese Steak and the picture actually motivated me to get up and go get one!!!! I live downtown and a friend and I headed down there, and got there at 4:35pm (they close at 5pm) on a Thursday afternoon. The only T.G. employee there was a nice guy named Ernie, who looked like he had had a really long day and was wiped out, close to the end of his day. He took my friend's order for a tenderloin sandwich. Then, he told us that all he had left the place were tenderloins and fries...NO PHILLY CHEESE SANDWICHES ??
I literally was devastated and ordered the only choice I had available...Ernie felt really bad for me. He threw in a couple of chocolate chip cookies and gave me a couple of passes to come back. I appreciate that. The tenderloin sandwich was a definite and solid 8.5 and I will be going back to get that daggone Philly Cheese that I can't get out my head...

If you are interested in a fantastic tenderloin sandwich, this is the place to go. If you go at lunch time your going to wait in line unless you get there early. They also have adult beverages and a friendly staff. If you are in the area, don't pass this up. Don't forget the crab fries!
