We ordered online, for pickup. It was ready at the time they said it would be. The food was still very warm by the time we got home and ate it 15 minutes later. Everything was delicious! Staff was very kind, and genuinely thankful for my business.

I will not be coming back to this chain. The service was excellent. The food was ok at best. For the amount they charge and what you get, save your money and go to the Panda Express or a regular Chinese restaurant. Very disappointed that for $15.00 you get a bowl of noodles with sauce. This is not what is pictured and is what you get. I won't be making the mistake twice. Not a very good value at all.

I eat here all the time. They’re always fast, food consistent and filling. I placed a pickup order recently on their app: full veggie sub broccoli with spicy chicken and an extra sauce for pickup. My husband who had never been there picked the order up and noted how polite and quick they were as well as the order was ready to go upon his arrival. When I got the order I noticed it was missing the extra sauce and the dish was a bit “drier” looking than usual. Honestly it was fine. It wasn’t how it usually is but it served its purpose. Here’s where they exceeded in every way possible. We finished our dinner and I got a survey request via text. I completed it and mentioned the above. By the next morning I had gotten a text message apologizing profusely for the experience and the offer to make it right. Mind you the food is fine. We had leftovers that will be dinner today. So in no way did it require a do over. I was blown away. But in addition to the text. The store has now called me and profusely apologized and expressed they want to make it right and to their normal standards. How absolutely amazing to have a company that prides itself on their product and customer service to this level. Next time you are picking a quick pick up dinner or need a healthy lunch/dinner spot, I urge you to give them a try. (I didn’t take a picture yesterday so I’m having to add a picture from another visit so the side of sauce is no longer how it comes, they package containers of sauce in proprietary labeled portions)

Wow!!! I stopped into Teriyaki Madness for the first time tonight and it was incredible! The food was amazing—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Every bite was packed with bold teriyaki flavor. The service was fast and friendly, and the portions were generous. This place is definitely a new favorite! Can’t wait to come back!

Incredibly nice staff. First time there they walked me through the process of what each entree included and what I could customize. They even offered me water while I waited for my food to be freshly made (less than 5 minutes). Large portion size that will give me leftovers for another meal.

I’ve been here 3x and each time was perfect. Service was excellent, food is delicious and always fresh. I even enjoy the mixed veggies and I normally don’t care for cabbage. 10/10!
