Used to be a fan of this spot but I in the future I will try other options in brookside. There are no prices anyway on there menu for many of their alcoholic beverages. You can ask the servers, but you feel bad working you way through 5 or 6 beers and then invariably they need to check on one of them. I don't mind if you don't list the prices on the menu and I have to go to a web page, but even on the web page there is nothing. We ended up having a round and just going somewhere else that isn't deceptive with their pricing. I probably won't be back.

This place was horrible. My least favorites Kansas City bar to date. Bartender was very rude. Same with the others. Ignored us for 45 minutes and when we got our drinks she said “what’s the problem”. Cool vibe but the workers make it seem like a hell hole.

Food is surprisingly high quality. Love this place!

The food at Brooksider this day (watching Royals-Dodgers on Saturday afternoon) was mediocre at best. Some in our group couldn’t eat theirs at all. Drinks good; service very good. But we were disappointed overall.

I love how much space is in this restaurant and they also have great week-day happy hour deals from 2-5! The mozzarella sticks are a 4/5 and their taco deals are great and they are good tacos! They specially made black bean tacos for me since I am a vegetarian. They have a yummy blackberry margarita on the rocks (limited to summer time and new to the menu). We also tried the street corn dip since all starters are half off during happy hour and it was delicious! I will be returning especially since the service was also good.

We rented the downstairs party room for my 60th birthday party and everything went perfectly! Azad remembered the drinks to stock up on and made the audio/visual work, Ryan kept it all running smoothly all night and Kylie and Nick were INCREDIBLE to us and our friends from behind the bar! What a GREAT place to celebrate with friends!!

We sat at the bar and split an order of wings and Taco Tuesday. The tacos were fantastic as well as the wings. The Royals were on the big screen. Relaxed armosphere and attentive service.

Some of the best wings in KC. Dry rubbed with a nice char, but they're still juicy and delicious. Good atmosphere. Plenty of screens.

Damn I wish I could recommend this place. Great location and all, but I just can’t justify recommending you come here when you could go somewhere else.

Feels bad saying it - but like also don’t waste your money cuz basically anywhere is a better move

I usually love this bar and have been many times however had a poor experience this past Saturday. A bartender, I believe his name is Mark, bent my ID in half and told me it was fake. It is not fake and now I have to get a new ID because there is now a crease down the middle. I’ve left a message for the manager but have not heard back yet.

Edit to my review- they say to reach out to them directly and WE HAVE. It continues to go to voicemail when I select the option to speak with a manager……

Went here Saturday night with friends (we’ve been coming here since graduating from college) and had a terrible experience. The bartender accused me of having a fake ID — even though I’m 24, and I didn’t realize it was a crime to have lived in a different state. Then he bent my friend’s valid ID in half to “prove” it was fake. He was getting in our faces and aggressively tried to kick us out, escalating the situation for no reason. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
