The District Fish & Pasta House

after visiting the KC Zoo and Aquarium, we were ready for lunch. We found this restaurant by looking on Google maps. could not be more pleased! pasta, fish, shrimp, chicken all superb! Thanks for your hard work!

Got the blackened crawfish fettuccine and they certainly didn't skimp on crawfish. This bad boy was LOADED w them.

Man when I tell this the best pasta place I’ve ate at in all my 25 years of living hands down 10/10 most try again and I highly recommend it for anyone who loves pasta. No only is the food great the people are lovely with great customer service and the biggest plus of it all it’s black owned. I’m from Texas and for an out of towner this was the best food I’ve ate since visiting Kansas. I’m coming back tomorrow too. But to all the people in this establishment thank you

I ordered Salman pasta with spinach and chicken sausage it was the best salmon pasta I HAVE EVER HAD! Seasoned fo perfection cooked to perfection and then the cherry on top I order the chocolate turtle cake and I got the corner piece!!! Will come back ASAP.

Instead of district fish it should be called disrespectful fish this was the nastiest meal I'd had in a while. They need to stick to biscuits and gravy.

Great service, I didn’t like the silver skin still on my fish didn’t make it taste well. Lacked seasoning on the fish. Sides were alright very well seasoned. Butter cake was very good.. overall would go back they have some areas to improve but they are doing well.

Walked in order and waited for my food the atmosphere was nice and the music was nice. I ordered the 6pc Whiting and the Shrimp Chicken pasta the orders were for my parents and I had to call them and ask how was it. They asked, "Where did you get that good ? It was so delicious I said it's in Missouri by Harold Peners by the Metro Plaza they are talking about making a road trip. The food was delicious, according to my parents. I've eaten here 3 times in the span of 7 days.
