Always a great spot for breakfast or brunch in Kansas City. Close to the Rivermarket and easy to get to off the highway. The Farmer's breakfast is always a good choice. Pick 4 dishes for a great price! Mimosas are delicious and they offer a tasting flight.

I'm so excited to say that you NAILED what I find the most important part of the service: placing our food without interrupting us to ask who ordered what.
Believe me: MANY choices circle my brain before I ultimately order. I should be able to forget what I ordered as soon as I place my order with the server. Auctioning off food distracts me from my conversation. And that has happened at my last 10+ consecutive dining experiences (including here)! 😱😱 But not today! 🎉🎉
The server -- who excelled today -- clearly placed the order perfectly, in order according to seat position. And the food runner was EXQUISITE!! The runner was wearing a KC Royals hat with blue on it, cool look. Didn't ask their name... The runner brought out food starting in the middle of the table, and stated for each guest (not asked!) what the dish was. Very smooth! As the runner left to get more food, another staff member arrived at the table with food and started asking who had what. The runner corrected that staff member immediately and stated who had what. Expertly done. 👍👍
Whoever brought out our food today can be trusted to lead any component of this operation. This I know to be true.

1st time trying. Stopped in for breakfast at 9am (which is when they open). Nice open dining area as well as a bar. Sat at the bar and was helped by Erica, who was very nice and helpful. Ordered the breakfast burrito with the sweet potato hash as the side at her recommendation. Delicious! Will definitely be back!

First off, our server was the best! It was family brunch with some of us home from out of town, along with a toddler. She gave us all the time we wanted to catch up over brekkie cocktails before we ever ordered food, and then let us chill for a while after we ate. It wasn't busy, or we would've let her table go. Everyone who worked there was kind, and no one rushed us out.
Now for the food. I got the pick 4 option with pancakes, bacon, eggs, and breakfast potatoes. The bacon was especially good, and I'm a connoisseur! Cakes were yummy, as were the potatoes. Nothing super special, just good solid breakfast food. I'm pretty sure I only received one scrambled egg, but hey, I get it. The mimosa flight was nice. Personally, I would've liked a little more 🍾 in them. This is only a few blocks from me, so I'll definitely be back!
Kind staff, no wait, and great food! Been here twice and both times were great experiences. :) I recommend the chicken and waffles and mimosa flight, both were sooo good. The chicken is crispy and flavorful. :) A cute neighborhood spot!

The food wasn't what I expected. I ordered French toast with scrambled eggs and cheese. The French toast wasn't good, and my scrambled eggs with cheese weren't blended in. The shredded cheese was just placed on top of it.
