Walked around for 20 minutes trying to find the entrance. Is this place closed? There's no signage, and the phone number goes nowhere, but the website is still up.

My pallet is just not pleased.I feel it was overpriced and overrated.

Food was so delish. Looking forward to a return visit. This place has a nice feel to it.

The hostess was an absolute gem. It was super-busy, but she remained calm, gracious and helpful the entire time we were there. (Our table was near the reception desk, so I could see her while we dined.) I had worn snow boots because of the weather, and she kindly let me stash them under the table in the waiting area so I could change into my dress shoes. She was welcoming to us and all who arrived, no matter how many folks showed up.

We reserved seats for dinner here on a Friday night, we were seated outdoors. Cool fire pit to keep you warm in the cooler nights. We order lots of items to share at the table...Beets, mushrooms, brussel sprouts, mac n cheese, cheese and meat plate and smoked salmon. Loved it all! And the signature drinks can be served in flasks if you’d like more than one drink. Cool option.

For the last couple of years, my friend and I have been talking about trying The Jacobson, but we usually end up trying someplace else that had slightly better reviews. Almost as a chore, for my friend's birthday, he settled on The Jacobson and we are both very happy that he did. We had a great experience. We started off with the baked shrimp and king crab dip that we both really enjoyed. I had the Jacobson burger which I can only describe as the best burger you will want to eat when drunk. I wasn't, so you don't have to be, but do yourself a favor and get a beer to go with it. I also appreciated the gluten free options so I plan on taking my wife. I'm looking forward to going back and trying their fried chicken that they were sold out of (yes, that kind of restaurant that makes fresh food).

I am not one to do reviews but to say I’m disgusted by the service we have now received on two separate occasions at this facility is putting it mildly.

Manager was SUPER rude to us!! Went for KC Restaurant Week. They had a Red envelope promotion going on. It stated that we had to return sometime in February to redeem what was in it. Nowhere on the envelope did it state that only 1 envelope could be opened per table per night. Also since they don’t validate garage parking, they gave us a $10 voucher that we could use on our next visit. They refused to redeem that also! So at the end of the end, we ended up enjoying a lovely dinner at Lulu’a, with parking validation for FREE!!!! The Jacobson are COMPLETE scam artists!!! I will NEVER return back!!!!! ZERO stars!!!!!!!

It was incredible, the food was out of this world and Misha recommend the best meals so do yourself a favor and ask her for what she recommends.

Used to be a favorite, and it might still be great for brunch, but restaurant week was a disaster. Soup was good, but the entree and dessert were inedible.

The service was very slow, even after the crowd thinned out. My chicken, while tasty, was over cooked and dry.

First time. Service was great. Food was a little over cooked, but overall good time.

We ate here on the first Friday of KC Restaurant Week 2020. The reason I'm giving this restaurant 3 stars is 1) the host wasn't very friendly, 2) the food was okay, but definitely over priced and 3) fruit flies GALORE!

Service was fantastic. I had a Jacobson burger. It was nothing to write home about. Definitely not a $17 burger.
