First visit yesterday and to start the hostess, light skin woman with long black braids was not friendly at all. Didn’t direct us where to go, no friendly greeting. Just a bad attitude but with another table she seemed to be a tad bit more friendly. Wasn’t the best way to start. Waiter was great and food was delicious which made a better experience. Just need to get that hostess some manners and better customer service skills.

So I try to resolve this issue without trying to have a leave a review, but after my third time going through the same thing, I think it’s reasonable to at least express my observation and point of you…. I tried everything in my power not to want to come and leave a review on Google because I genuinely like this place I go there every Wednesday to two step to decompress socialize and see my friends however, the last three times that I have been there they have been ruthlessness, fight, confusion, and power struggles. Every time I go to management, they sign me to the side ,they are disrespectful, dismissive, and very ghetto when it comes to management. I have taken the time out to Fowler report with the Better Business Bureau in the Kansas City health department because this is unacceptable. I should not have to walk in establishment in witnessed a fight. My food get thrown in the management dismiss me. It’s unacceptable and I will continue to file complaints until this business recognize that they’re not on a pedestal.
