I sadly was less than impressed. I don’t write reviews so for me to write one means it wasn’t great. $20 for drinks on tap???? Really??? The bartenders were rude. I get the “exclusivity “ you are trying to create but no one was there so you really can’t seat us at a couch that seats 8 people when there were 2 of us. Be kind to your customers. Don’t talk about them behind the bar. We’re in KC. That’s what we’re known for - kindness. The view is amazing. But that’s it. I’ll never waste my money and time here again.

I was not impressed with the Mercury Room, especially at its price point. Yes, the setting is pretty cool and that's really what you're paying for. But is it worth it? The drinks were more gimmicky than creative, and the ones we ordered were premixed which I wouldn't expect at $20+ per drink. The bar staff was incredibly unhelpful. My fiancé asked for a recommendation, and the bartender pointed to a drink on the menu and said "that one" without giving any further explanation or elaboration. The chairs at the bar were those plastic acrylic chairs which look cool but are very flimsy and uncomfortable. Ultimately I don't think the Mercury Room is worth the price. There are plenty of better options in the area.

My husband and I had the pleasure of being a guest at Mercury Room. I absolutely loved everything about it, including how it smelled. Would you kindly let me know what incense or what type of fragrance is used? I remember going up the elevator and walking through the hallway leading to the room and absolutely loved the scent, and everything thereafter. It was a great experience, the atmosphere, the champagne, the decoration, the service, and not to mention again the scent the room had.

Absolutely beautiful inside!! classy upscale apartment cocktail bar... a great place to chill, drink, and talk with friends. It was on the expensive side but service was excellent even after we overstayed our welcome slightly haha. don't come here if you're looking for a party.

It’s always an amazing time at the Mercury Room. Top tier bartenders, excellent drink selection, romantic environment. This is where you want to take your special someone! There’s no food here, so if you’re hungry, stop in at Bar Medici right under Mercury Room for a bite to eat before your grand cocktail experience!

We celebrated our daughter's birthday with fancy cocktails before going downstairs to dinner. The service was excellent and the drinks were delicious. This is a great place to celebrate a special occasion or just to have a nice drink. The views are nice and make for a great photo opportunity. The bar itself is sleek and modern. We will definitely be back.
