Salad blan over priced weird smell inside and the food doesn’t look fresh too open and placed in Togo paper boxes. Never again waste of $$$$

Disappointed
Charged over 19 bucks on a simple Rocket Salad no add ons.

Called staff asked why I was overcharged.

Was not accommodating in any way.

Great menu with a wide variety of choices. Always pleased with my selection. Staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant is clean but noisy, impeding conversation.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access but very limited parking available for handicapped.

Won’t give you a roll even if you buy a full sandwich

Went here with my family Saturday and it was a poor experience. The lady got my order wrong and three of our four people received food. The salad was the worst I’ve had with hard green tomatoes and wilted/shredded lettuce. The sandwiches also were sub-par with multiple loose pieces of overly thick chicken and more hard green tomatoes. $100 for a disappointing experience. I think they have the "D Team" working weekends b/c I have had positive experiences on weekdays.

I love the food at the Mixx and have never had anything that was not delicious. My problem is the customer service. The Mixx has failed me many times. On large orders only. I have ordered several time from there for a large party maybe from 5-15 people. I NEVER get everything that I order. I mean Never. I always have to go back and get something because their limit on getting the order completely right is three. So if you get one thing you're in good shape because the food is good they just can't get larger order correct. Honestly, they do make it right with a gift card but I would rather just pick up my order and everything is how I ordered it.

Ordered pickup from here and payed $9.50 for a side of shrimp that only came with 4 pieces. I thought it must have fell out in the bag or something but it did not. It’s ridiculously overpriced.

Uncomfortable experience at 10 am. I was on my way home from some charity work and thought I would pick up a salad, as the options are good at the Mixx. I stepped up to the counter and they said they open in 20 minutes (huh, the door wasn't locked). I thought, okay, guess I can wait for a bit. I was headed to the bathroom when a female worker stopped me with a rather impertinent, "Can I help you?" I said no. I thought, well, maybe I am underfoot while they are trying to get ready, and stepped outside to wait in their outdoor seating. I was quietly waiting outside when approached by some security, with a very condescending "Heeeey....how'r you doing over there?" (with the tone of, what are you even doing here, are you homeless or something??). I said I am waiting. He said in a rather arrogant tone that seating is only for the Mixx (well, duh!). I said, yes, I am waiting for them to open. "Looks like you can go in NOW!" he says as if I am fibbing about wanting to order for the use of a chair. Then he proceeds to go in and sit indoors at the Mixx and train another security person while NOT ordering. What an obnoxious start to the day. Nice food, but if you are a minute early be prepared to be treated like a vagrant.

Nice staff, good atmosphere. But I ordered the Baja steak bowl and it was amazingly bland. Im all for healthy food options, but healthy can also be flavorful. It's a bad sign when you have to go home and add something to takeout food to make it taste better. Especially paying almost $20 for a salad. To staff: season the food.

I loved my first experience at The Mixx! Great salads, quick and efficient ordering process. The vinaigrettes they had are amazing and truly make the difference. The service was spot on expect for a single employee that was a tad bit rude. Probs just a long day of work but still pretty noticeable. I love finding a new healthy spot! Definitely think they should open a store up in north of 152 near new NE cookingham and shopping! It would thrive and give the area a new healthy spot!!!
