Been here a few times with friends, and I enjoyed each experience. The ambiance is hard to beat - beautiful homage to butterflies that make up the central bar that is surrounded by the seating. Kind and attentive service too. I think their cocktails are unique and for the most part good, but I do think some of the flavors are a risk and aren't for everybody. Still, I would come again and bring people from out of town.

I went to Monarch Saturday for a birthday celebration and had a wonderful time. I initially called 3 weeks in advance to set up a reservation and there was surely a miscommunication but the manager took ownership and apologized for the mistake. I appreciate great customer service especially since I tried to do the right thing beforehand. Our waitress was kind and checked on us as much as she could since it was very crowded. Thanks for making my friends bday celebration a success.

The atmosphere was nice! Great music and all. Definitely a place to have a good vibe. But it stops there. The drinks are over $18 each with tax included, the glass is 60% to 65% ice and barely any liquor in the drink. I had the Ameretto Sour. It was good but even with all the ice my glass was still half full. My cousin had asked for a Margarita and then they charged her 28.99 for that one drink because they had to make it special for her is what the waiter said. She didn't pry because it is what it is.

This was the worst service ever. The manager Joel, server, bartender and bouncer were very disrespectful. When we tried to get the manager to talk to us twice, he finally came over, but never introduced himself. When we explained to him what happened he laughed multiple times in our face. The bartender also threw our jacket across the bar while we were trying to leave, then closed the door in our face. Absolute worst service and way I have been treated. Do not go there.
