Great food and great service! I'm in town on business and had pulled up The Outpost on Google from the high ratings. On my way out of the hotel I asked the front desk for a recommendation and The Outpost was said to have great food. So I have it a whirl. I had the loaded nachos which were amazing and the bartenders recommendation, which was the spicy Cajun chicken wrap and waffle fries which was also very good! If I'm back in KC again I'd definitely return.
I mainly come here to hang out with a bunch of my friends while seeing a band that has a couple more friends in it (Viking). I tend to get there a couple hours before showtime to get a decent table and have dinner. I highly recommend the Cowboy Burrito! It's huge and very tasty! The main issue I have with this place is that they only have two bartenders serving everyone so service can be very slow and sometimes forgetful when it's packed. The Outpost obviously needs...
A group of 12 of us from Salina, KS came in Monday night to celebrate my birthday. We were well taken care of and the food was great! We’ll definitely recommend it to others! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming!
