We decided to make this a brunch stop for RW 2024 and I'm so glad we did! They had two options, a biscuit sandwich and banana bread french toast. We got both and split them - they were both so yummy but the chicken sandwich was mind blowing! I hate chewy chicken but it was super tender with a buttery biscuit. The french toast was so yummy, and the hashbrown side was excellent!! Cant wait to be back soon!

Wonderful place serving the community in many ways. Tasty quiche, fresh pastries and cookies available as well as a lunch menu. Lots of open space with plenty of natural light for studying and gathering to visit.

We went to their 4th anniversary brunch and everything was OUTSTANDING. Friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere including great R&B classics, and the food certainly delivered. We both loved the salad and the croissants were perfectly flakey. I went with a chocolate croissant and was on cloud nine. Served buffet style, they had an eggs benedict station which a) I have never experienced before and b) every ingredient was delicious. I especially loved the biscuit. The sweet potato hash, maple yogurt banana bread french toast, bacon, and chicken sausage were all impeccable as well. Do not sleep on this place! After today I'm confident on everything they do and can't wait to return.

Had the first time pleasure of eating an early dinner at The Spot. There were 4 of us - I had the burger and the wedgies potatoes which were excellent, my wife had the Clubba Hubba sandwich which she loved and our friends both had the open faced steak sandwich. They both loved the flavor but wished they had real cutlery since it was a challenge to cut it into smaller bites with the plastic wear. We were able to take the food across the hall to Vine Street Brewery so we could enjoy the food with some outstanding beers. We will definitely be back!

Second time we have eaten here. Both times absolutely impressive. Great menu. They have a special twist on every item. Very friendly group of people.

SO good. probably one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten. I needto come back but was so in love with the first bite of my sandwich. The place is modern but the people are so friendly and quick. If you're looking for a great sandwich this is it! and a great hang out spot.

This is a true diamond in the 18th and Vine District. Chef Shanita McAfee Bryant has really knocked it out of the park with this fresh bakery bistro spot. The food is fresh and flavorful. My go to favorite is the Clubba Hubba sandwich. Juicy turkey with fresh micro greens is not just delicious, but very satisfying. The bakery goods are also too notch. The croissants are flaky and crisp on the outside, but soft on the inside. I really need to try more of the baked goods, but being there and smelling all those wonderful smells, it's impossible to pick just one thing. Definitely try their coffee drinks with a croissant or roll. The even greater thing about The Spot is it is also giving training and skills to people so they can have their own business. This is really huge in this current time. I'm a 100% supporter of this effort and always stop when in that area. Don't miss this as it is well worth the trip down to visit.

My daughter and I had the veggie sandwich with a side salad and it was wonderful! They also have coffee and pastries. They have a very interesting background and mission.

The greatest addition to the 18th & Vine District to date. The baked goods are flavorful and baked to perfection. Their crafted drinks and sandwiches are also full of flavor and filling. Recommendation, the Clubba Hubba.
