Such a great stop for coffee lovers! In addition to ordering coffee, you can do a free self tour around parts of their factory which was cool to see. Friendly staff and a cool vintage airplane in top of the building!

We took the factory tour on a Saturday morning and had an excellent time. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and funny. We were able to sample several versions of their cold brew at the end which was excellent as well. Definitely stop by if you are in the area.

Great coffee, good vibes, but understaffed. Be prepared to wait as we did for 15 minutes for a simple cold brew. Visiting from out of town and really disappointed in this experience. Can’t recommend to others.

I drove 20 plus miles to buy cases of the seasonal flavor that are showing available for pickup in store. However upon grabbing the one case that was on display I then waited in line to ask for someone to check in back for more. I was told by a supposed manager named Gracie that they were to busy today for her to go check in the back. She then asked me to step aside after I had waited also so she could help the rest of the drink customers. I immediately told her no and after going back and forth with her she finally agreed to go check in the back but according to my Mom who was looking around on the floor the manager went to check the display shelf and circled around at the sprinkler closet. I don’t have to drive 20+ miles to buy coffee I can go back to my old brand that is available in stores. I came here a couple weeks ago and the staff was very rude and the on shelf inventory was limited then too.I worked as a manger at QT for over 11 years the staff need to seriously be retrained.

crap communication and customer service. asked about ordering a flight of coffees to try and with a dead stare chashier says we dont do that. 5 min later when i asked when they stopped doing that the barista chimes in that thats only part of the tour as an ad on. would have been helpful when i was at the register. maybe i wanted to do the tour. then same barista called my order i walked up and rather then tell me whats mine she just kept saying every time i reached thats not your and that's not yours. again communication is crap! the shitty part is i went hours out of my way on my road trip to make this visit happen ready to drop $$$$ to update my home coffee bar. took my coffee and left. never fetl so unwelcomed in a roastery

id like to redact my statement and apologize, i may have not been in the best state of mind at the time which may have influenced my negative perception of the interactions i had. i look forward to giving this place another try under better personal circumstances.

Tried a couple new coffees and had an Italian soda. There is a reason this place is a Kansas City classic. Not only is everything good but the factory tour is fantastic give it a shot you'll love it.

I prefer to support local business but I just paid 8.40 for a horchata latte. I won't be going back. I'll stick with Sway!

The factory employees smoke area is right next to the patio area where there is a sign no smoking allowed. Today k moved several times because one outlet is available and it’s right next to the cigarette smokers. When I asked the cafe manager today why is this sign there where they are smoking. She said it’s always been that way and and she only manages the food area. When I asked for the factory manager I was told he’s on vacation, she did not know his last name nor does she know everyone’s name, and doesn’t have his number and I can just call the main number. It was very clear she did not want to help and I could just go to another coffee spot and she said ok and have a nice day. She did tell me it’s not a city requirement for smoking to be away from the patio food area.

Delicious coffee. Great knowledgeable staff. I got a tour and it was informative and entertaining. I would like to see the place in action, but I wasn't sure if they offer tours like that. Either way, it's an incredible coffee roaster and coffee shop.
