I visited a roasterie coffee company in Kansas City, Missouri, for a tour.I made a reservation in advance, and the tour cost $5 per person.I could see that the small plane at outside, which seems like the company logo and symbol, arousing curiosity.I learned that many customers from around and about visited for the tour. The interior of the factory was spacious, with not many people working due to mechanization. Our tour guide, Mr Eric, was so enthusiastic and loud in her explanations that it was very thankfulThe various coffee aromas tasted on-site were very pleasant. The products produced seem to be popular and likely to be consumed a lot.Visiting the coffee factory for the first time will be a memorable experience.

This place is really cool! The building looks really neat, & the staff friendly. I unfortunately didn't know what to get since I can only get decaf. I bought the Italian soda & it wasn't the best in my opinion. I'll definitely try the only decaf option next time! The smells in the building were amazing! I hope to return & take a tour of the factory!Kid-friendliness: Kids are definitely welcome!

I would give 10 stars if I could! On this trip I discovered a gem of KC: the roasterie! So I booked a tour at their factory and I am so glad I did. Not only it comes for a great value (5 dollars) but it provides a 1 hour long tour into the origins of coffee, the roasting and the final products. They take their coffee seriously and you see it.Special mention to Eric that made our experience unforgettable by sharing his passion and knowledge about coffee in a entertaining yet professional way. Their Nitro cold brew is ? - secured a couple of bags of beans to bring home as a souvenir! I recommend to anyone that loves coffee, you'll leave with a deeper understanding of the end to end production and you'll get to appreciate your coffee more. Unfortunately in Europe I can't find them... yet

I love this space, whether I pop in for a quick to go coffee or stay and do some work. The service is almost always spot on.

This is a KC gem. Love the staff and the coffee is some of the best I have had. It's a little off the beaten path but worth it and there is good seating as well.

The tour was so so awesome, especially for the price. We had a great time and our guide (Nick, I think) was amazing! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for something local to do!

I love the atmosphere in here and the service was great. My drink was good but the price is kinda high. I think it's kind of a situation of paying for the experience, so I didn't mind. Overall i recommend:)
Their iced mochas are the best. Most, if not all, of their baked goods come from Ibis which is fantastic. The chocolate croissants are top notch. All of the staff are consistently very friendly. Their rewards program is one of the best I've ever used. The interior itself is really nice, lots of plants and natural light to sit and work or study in. Highly recommend!
Chris did an outstanding job waiting on us. Quick service with a smile!! ?

$5 for a tour... It's totally worth it! Sample hot coffee and cold brew, learn about the roasting process, and understand the difference between roasts.

Coffee was delicious and the setting was super cool. They also offer tours which is super neat as well. Would definitely recommend. It was fairly busy and still got my coffee quickly, they have many different flavors along with your basic coffee.
