There were 8 of us. We had to always flag our server down to get another drink. Our food all came out at different times and she was bringing us plates of food that was not ours. Oneof our guests had a chicken salad that was served with no chicken and was finally brought her chicken separately but not until the others had their food almost most finished. Maybe she was new, I hope she gets better.

Took my husband here for the first time. Sat for an hour only for the girl to come back and say they stopped making food for 30 minutes and no one told her , this was after sitting for an hr with one drink served. Paid 20 to get in because they had a band there playing that didn’t even start the time we were there. Awful service ended up asking to cancel everything and walked out. Seemed super unorganized. Not worth it.

Very loud when they have a live band or DJ. Does not respect the fact that there is a neighborhood behind it that does not want to listen to the bass thump for hours. Pretty bad when we can hear the words to the songs that are being played/sung from our porch.

Don’t go here if you want service or food your order within 20 minutes!! Took them over 2 hours to get us our food and I bussed my own table because we never saw the waitress for another hour after we got our food!! The bathrooms also need a lot of plumbing work!!!

We waited an hour and a half for food. They only brought half our order. After 2 hours we cancelled the rest of our order and went somewhere else to eat. The food we did receive was lukewarm and wasn’t good at all. This place is terrible!

Went Friday night 5/16 arrived 6:30pm. Sat by the corn hole games just inside the door. Ordered by 6:45pm 1 mixed drink 2 waters. We came for the Friday dinner special advertised fish and chips by an email received Tuesday. Told by the server was Lunch only. Ordered from the menu Blackened fish tacos and Philly cheese sandwich. We waited and waited No Food. Finally Requested the food to go since was late and getting cold where we were sitting. Very loud and very crowded. Notified the server had to leave and paid for the drink. She apologized and said the kitchen had been slow all night. Finally around almost 8:00pm left before Bingo started. Can’t rate the food we never received. Other patrons around us were receiving food orders. Very disappointed.

I have been coming here for a couple years now. This place has gone down hill fast since the new owner. The last couple weeks they have been out of chicken! How does a bar and grill have no chicken?! I no longer play volleyball here and now it's easy to find places to go that actually stock items on their menu. And to make matters even worse, they just went to paper straws. So done.

Great food and great place to hang out with family. We had Jaden as our server today. She was awesome and very attentive - kept checking on us. Enjoyed our time here and will definitely return.
No receipts, no change, steak was fatty and undercooked. Brought out appetizer same time as meal. Poor service lately.

Had a great time at The Sandbox (Kansas City location) last night watching the NBA Playoffs and the steak option was a satisfying selection. No wait, food was great, service was extremely nice, and the Pistons won!!
