Excellent service, The brunch was amazing side dish of cornbread was three large pieces you’re gonna need a box to take food home everything is fresh made to order they have a scratch kitchen it is so good and the staff and atmosphere is top-notch!

Food was ok, nothing special. Got the burger special cost $7 plus the drink. It was what I call the see through burger very thin. They put the garnish on the side. The onions were so strong had to put them on the other side of the table. The waiter took forever to bring me a refill and when he did it was wrong and he never stopped back by except to give me the check. Not planning to ever go back.

Food and service really good both times I've been. Menu is interesting, as you can get standard american, but they always seem to have something out of the ordinary to try, and usually it's very good.

we come here all the time! All of the servers have been fantastic! All of the food has been fantastic We even went to third Street social on the plaza, it was a nightmare! The only reason why we went to third Street social south of the plaza, is amazing third Street social Northland is. Lately our favorite server has been Olivia! She remembered our names, she remembered what we like for drinks and appetizers. She is top-notch! And she is so social and so spot on to detail.

Fantastic weekend brunch! The chicken biscuit with potatoes was perfect...crunchy and not greasy or heavy. Belgian waffles were crunchy and nicely enhanced with fruit and whipped cream. Our first brunch at 3rd Street...we'll definitely be back!
