Good burritos! Just wish there were more vegan options

I will never do business with these people again. My son & I have an allergy to dairy. I spent around $30 through Uber for a burrito and specified NO SOUR CREAM & NO CHEESE. They sent my order with sour cream and Uber isn’t wanting to issue a refund. My toddler & I have nothing to eat tonight as everything is now closed. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time.

Great food that is consistent, accessible, and convenient.
Man I been ordering and eating from this location for years and the last 3x I've been the quality of the food is way down! I always get the sweet chili tacos, today there was NO sauce on either one, the meat isn't cooked the same or maybe under done the last 3x. Makes me sooo sad because I have always adored this as a lunch or even quick dinner option.

So idk why I paid damn near 50 dollars for 5 tacos and some sides but there isn't a single Mexican that would go here and enjoy their food. You're better off going to a food truck in central. Also how TF do you not have Spanish rice? Over priced white washed Mexican food imo.

Got charged 47 dollars and received nothing and they want a ticket number I never received. But bank card got charged . And they say they'll get back to me for a week and a half now and nothing, stay away learning experience it's all about money not customers!

This place used to be a 5 star for me, but sadly all good things must come to an end at some point. The food has gotten way more expensive, and is now served in smaller portions and over salted. There is a longer wait time, and the videos played on the TV are not funny anymore. The OGs know what I'm saying. Whoever took over since 2021 has seriously ruined this establishment. Still decent food tho, just not what it used to be at all :(

I lived a year in Santa Monica and found the BEST “California” burrito (asada, fries, cheese, guac) ever and I was legit sad to move just because of that burrito. After a year of living in KC again, I found Tiki and I can confidently say it’s just as good (the KC burrito) and I am a loyal follower here. Good food, pretty good pricing, and a good restaurant feel.

Nachos have always been good, but the fish taco I ordered was skimpy. One piece of cod that only covered a portion of the corn tortilla. Maybe a bite and a half of fish. Tacos can be spotty for a place known for tacos.
Edit: they changed their nachos and they are not as good as they used to be?
