Phoebee was her name … and crap, what was the chef’s name again? Jen. Pretty sure it was Jen. Well, if I screwed this up, apologies to the chef named something other than Jen.

Alright, time to listen up. Clean food in the American hotel network is as rare as a three-dollar bill. Usually, you’re staring down Goodyear eggs—rubbery, overinflated, and designed to bounce off a plate—and tire track bacon strips that strip the treads off your taste buds.

But...

We did not stay at the hotel but saw excellent reviews for the breakfast at Toast to Toast. It is inside of a Holiday Inn and we had to have the front desk open the doors for us since we didn't have a card to enter.

Our waitress, Phoebe, was amazing and recommended the biscuits and gravy. The cook, Jim, made great food!

This was an absolute amazing little breakfast spot. The food was great, but the staff was even better. Kanika was a great host and made the food even better. Kanika made sure everything was perfect every single day we had breakfast and that was 3 days!!
