We were in a private room for a birthday open house. It was set up really well, access to outside, one dedicated bartender who worked his butt off. However, there were no bathrooms nearby and the beer selection was limited. You had to create a new tab at the main bar if you wanted more than the two beers on tap which is difficult to do in two places when the bartender has to hang on to your card. The food was awesome. I got the sliders and fries and they were so delicious! Everything was packed with flavor and the service was quick and friendly. We’re from out of town but if I lived in KC I would come here for lunch all the time. If you’re from out of town defiantly give this tavern a shot!
great bar experience but i've ordered togo like 5x in the past few weeks. i'm new to the neighborhood and now i'm hooked on their food. i've been helped by 4-5 different bartenders and each one is SO nice and helpful. great local spot, very warm and friendly atmosphere with fresh tasty food!
