“I visit this location often and have always had a great experience, today I want to share about my experience on 1/1/2026. I came in and a woman who was working by herself got slammed with walk ins, and a large online order. She handled it so well, communicating with the in person customers, apologized for any delay (although she moved incredibly fast for all she was doing) and just did a great job all with a smile on her face. The name on my smoothie tag said Buggs, not sure if that’s her name! Great work!“
“I came in today and I had some card issues . I’m from out of town and the kindest heart , Annie , greeted me . I was having issues with my card going through she even had my food ready for me for when my card went through . After being so patient she still with held her polite and positive attitude . I couldn’t be more proud of a staff member if I was the owner of this tropical smoothie cafe . Thank you Annie and I hope to see you again . Keep your head up and keep going . Nothing will stop you !“
“This location is amazing! I’ve been going here for a couple years now. Every-time I go here, the staff are friendly and helpful. The food and smoothies are always fresh and tasty! I’ve never had any issues here, but I can tell that if I ever do, they would handle it quickly. A year or two ago I will say it was in bad shape, but they clearly put a lot of work into bettering the location. 10/10 would recommend. All around a great experience. Thank you.“
“I got a gift card from here and decided to use it today. I got one of my favorite smoothies, an Island Green with added strawberries and peanut butter, Austin prepared it and it was absolutely amazing. I also ordered the Santa Fe Chicken Quesadillas, made with plant based chicken. I typically don’t eat manufactured “meats”, I’m really weird about it, however I took a chance and it was not bad. I thoroughly enjoyed the Quesadillas.
The store was clean, again the staff was pleasant, and again everything was fresh and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful first experience at this location!“
