The store was clean, easy access, and good customer service. I got the Sante Fe with the plant-base protein (chicken) and the kale, carrot, and apple slaw. Both were fresh and absolutely amazing. It was a nice healthy alternative for today. I didn’t have my phone at first, so I wasn’t able to scan my app for points; however keep your receipt and you can enter in your receipt code and still get your points!

Best restaurant ever. This is me and my families go to place whenever we are hungry & thirsty for something healthy. Never any complaints with my 3 kids either, they love going here.

My family loves tropical smoothie however this location (North KC) is horribly managed. We have tried 4 times and each time our order was wrong, items missing, and took forever. We even tried an online order and it was not ready 1 HOUR after ordering. Tried to cancel since the order hadn't even been started and was told they didn't know how to refund me. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Olivia makes the best smoothies! Everytime I go into Tropical Smoothie the staff greets me at the door with a friendly “Hello, welcome in” and makes my custom drink perfect every time. My family and I grab smoothies from there at least 2-3 times a week and we are never disappointed. The fresh ingredients can’t be beat!

I literally work there and the place is a mess. Mediocre customer service from a majority of our staff, the product is inconsistent on average and the times we open range anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour after the scheduled time on a near daily-basis due to our only openers running late. My deepest apologies and condolences to any and all genuine tsc enjoyers out there who come in looking for a good experience with us. I wish I could do better for everyone but it's hard to accomplish when I myself am so burnt out just as a crew member not even part of management. Trust me when I say everyone working there is tired and truthfully trying to do their best with what we have, but how we currently operate is inexcusable. Thank you to those who put up with our issues and continue to give us opportunities to serve and impress them despite our flaws. I myself will continue to do my best to make sure you all enjoy your time here at least a little bit

Got a Mango Berry Cosmo Smoothie earlier today. I thought it was okay, just wasn’t blended very well with chunks of mango and ice. I was disappointed. I had only drank about 1/5 of my smoothie when I got hit with the taste of something incredibly bitter and rancid. I’m not sure what it was but it was horrible. My husband asked if he could have the rest since I didn’t want it. And within a couple of minutes he tasted the same thing and threw it out. We have no clue what it was but it was disgusting and we still can’t get all of the taste out of our mouths hours later. I had also ordered curbside, but they don’t actually have curbside pickup. When I walked into the store, I saw two teenage girls sitting on the counter where they prep food playing on their phones. This was my first time at the location. I typically love Tropical Smoothie, but I am disappointed with this visit.
