I stopped into Tropical Smoothie Cafe and tried the Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrapāand wow, it did not disappoint! The chicken was perfectly seasoned with just the right kick of spice, balanced out by the fresh veggies and creamy sauce. The wrap was fresh, flavorful, and so satisfying. The service was excellentāthe staff was friendly, fast, and welcoming, and the cafe was spotless with a bright, inviting atmosphere. A special thank-you to Robert for helping me choose my wrapāgreat recommendation! Iāll definitely be coming back.

I went with my boyfriend and ordered two turkey bacon ranch sandwiches. The food was awesome! Dasia was super nice and helpful and Lorelei made our food PERFECTLY no questions asked! The cleanliness of the store was top tier, you would almost think it just opened. This place gets a lot of backlash but clearly they have put in a lot of effort lately to show they care for the customers. Thanks for the amazing food and visit!

Itās 2025 food cost a lot of money. Accept $100 dollar bills. I spent over $80 on family of 4 but didnāt have my wallet on me for a credit card. Had cash in the car and luckily my son had Apple Pay on his phone. $100 is not what it used to be for dinner.
Wanted to try this place since I see it a lot from the road.
I got a Super Green Chicken Ceasar Wrap. It was good. It was like grilled though so it was warm. I was especially it to be cold but that's ok. Next time I think I might try a smoothie or some other food item.

youāre honestly better off going to a different location. any issues iāve had with tropical, itās always been at this location. to small things like forgetting utensils to missing items and missing toppings (which is extra $)

Well for an $8 smoothie the ice and texture are actually Very Good but I was Absolutely Shoccked. Thatt this dark blue colored ( Blueberry Bliss Smoothie ) Had ZERO / NONE No Flavor and I am. 100% serious. I mean. Blueberry, Strawberry & Banana Yes. Banana. But they clearly forgot to add that powder flavor..... I figured at the very least I'd taste that. But NO.... Very Very Disappointed, First Time there and obviously my last...... Too Bad to because if there was flavor. ? It. Probably would be The best out there.

My friends and I came in and immediately received an eye roll from if I were to guess the manager considering she wasnāt wearing a name tag. The other two employees were very sweet and efficient. While the manager stood around and did nothing. Our order ended up being wrong so we asked for what we ordered. The manager continued to throw the accidental side and gave us the right side. I feel bad for the two girls working with her, Carson and I think the other was Kylee.

Very let down by this location, I love and have been eating from Tropical smoothie cafe since I started my weight loss journey about 3 months ago and every location I have been too had wonderful and exceptional customer service except for this one. This is the 3rd time Iāve been to this location and every time I go, itās a bad experience. The workers are always rude and act as if they donāt wanna be there, theyāre not really informative for customers who are new to eating healthier or who lacks knowledge of the restaurant itself. This last time I went, I was not so sure of which food item I had previously because I am new to flat breads, quesadillas etc, Iāve always ate junk/snack food. So i order me and my bf both a smoothie and 3 flat breads that I confused for quesadillas. Once I saw the worker making the item and it didnāt look familiar I stopped him immediately and apologized and acknowledged him about how clueless I was on the item I wanted (I was dying to get my bf to try them this was his first time there) and if he could remake one of the items and my bf would eat the ones he already made. He argued with me that it was nothing he could do, and that I could just order another item after spending $40. So we just decided to return everything, he never gave me a receipt and claimed and processed the return. I called back the next day where he told me that the refund would take 7 days. So I called back on the 7th day and asked to speak with a manager where she basically told me that she was informed of the situation that night but sheās gonna look into it??? What is there to look into if we paid and never took any product and then the return was never processed which means they stole from us. We are currently waiting on the manager and the owner to ālook at the camerasā to make sure we didnāt leave with anything. I truly never went to a restaurant establishment where I felt belittled and discriminated against. Iām so upset and hurt with this situation cus I always brag so much about this place and Iām not even a valued customer
