First time in, and I was incredibly impressed. Not only by my meal, but the meals around me. Everything looked deLISH! I had the Seasonal Butternut Squash Pizza with a Gluten Free crust, and it was the best thing I’ve eaten in a long time. Top notch service from my server, Samantha. Wish I was here longer or I’d be there multiple times a week! Definitely check this place out 🙌🏼 YUM

We had a fairly good experience at true food kitchen. However, I was disappointed greatly with the quality of the meat that I received with steak frites. I would advise future purchasers of the dish to cut the steak in the middle and see how easy it cuts. Unfortunately my steak, that was sent was difficult to chew. The peppercorn sauce was great, as was the salad. The fries were tepid and frankly tired, so it was a wash for me, my friend loved her entrée, however and service from our waitresses and manager was as expected.

So happy we found this place! It was delicious!! I’m from France and often regret not finding more health conscious/whole foods restaurants and this was not only delicious but very nutritious! Our new favorite spot in town

Fire good. I went for a nutrient dense meal with low calories and got what I wished for….. it’s a bit expensive. But I like to believe it’s because the food is authentic and not full of preservative, sugars and sodium. I believe with the nice atmosphere and high quality food it’s justifiable.

Used to love True Foods for quality and healthy options. Tried the new air fried chicken which was not good and the kale salad was drowned in dressing. The burger my guest ordered was very good but the butternut squash was not as good as it has been.

Beautiful and clean inside. Friendly and professional staff. Tables very close to one another. Was hard to have a convo but the food made up for that!!

Had a great lunch here! The edamame dumplings, kale lemon salad, and dessert selection were all delicious. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

i loved my experience at true food kitchen!!! sera was my server and she did an amazing job. the service was top notch. the food was great as well. i got the pepperoni pizza and the all american burger. i’m definitely recommending this restaurant to my friends and family!!
