I used to work in the kitchen here like 25 years ago, & one time the band Faster Pussycat came in to have steaks. They wanted to be all hush-hush about it, cause they were worried that if word got out all their fans would mob the place. Thing is, they were the band Faster Pussycat, & no one knows who they are in the first place. It was a wild time.
Dive bar feel, which I love. No nonsense service. Friendly and accurate. Food was delicious. Lots of locals. Familiar buzz. My kind of place to hang out. Juke box non obtrusive. You can talk and hear.

On our quest to only eat at new-to-us places, we came across Twin City. The atmosphere was good. About 5 or 6 other people. Seems like a cool neighborhood bar to grab a bite and have a drink. They have a nice outdoor area in the back. The food was good. About what you'd expect for bar food. We can recommend the Reuben sandwich, the grilled cheese, and the tomato soup.

Came for a quick cocktail on my 36th bday. I asked for a random cocktail, and the bartender delivered. This place has the ultimate dive bar feel. We were full, so we can't speak on the food. They did come out very fast to offer us a menu though. Very good vibes from the staff. We stumbled in on a bday adventure and look forward to visiting again
