Overpriced with a very poor food quality, still on time, it has a lot of potential, service is important also, the servers are trying hard but still far from optimal.

Great atmosphere, nice views, and great drinks.

Two Birds One Stone is a gem on Kansas City’s riverfront! My partner and I had an absolute blast at this lively beer garden, conveniently located right next to our hotel and offering stunning views of the Missouri River. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed, blending sports bar charm with a modern, open vibe—perfect for kicking back with friends or soaking in the scenery.
Our servers, Spencer and Abbi, were fantastic! They were friendly, attentive, and quick with recommendations, making our experience even better. The beer selection is a highlight, with nearly two dozen local taps featuring brews from favorites like Boulevard and Cinder Block. Every beer we tried was crisp and refreshing, and the Mediterranean-inspired menu paired perfectly with our drinks. The Mezze Platter was a standout—fresh, flavorful, and great for sharing.
Whether you’re a local or just visiting, Two Birds One Stone is a must-visit for great beers, awesome service, and a prime location. We’ll definitely be back!

Neat new bar and grill down by the river. Has a really neat atmosphere and good food.

I was looking forward to trying this new spot, since I live less than 5 mins away and am often in the riverfront area on walks. However, I was disappointed upon my first visit. It was way overpriced (chicken fingers were $18, onion rings were $14). Not to mention it was a very limited menu. It gave me the vibe of an airport bar, especially with the high prices, lack of TVs and plastic silverware. I see this place catering to stadium visitors and streetcar riders moreso than being a new neighborhood spot, which is disappointing. The lack of nearby parking was also a negative.

For how much i’m spending on food and drinks here I should have been treated better.. They need to retrain their employees on how to properly treat customers, pathetic service.

Beautiful view. Bartender was busy, hot and annoyed. Great drinks on tap! Did not get to try food but will go back.

Really quite a nice spot with an advantageous location. Kind service, well stocked and capable bar, and a lot of potential. Maybe boost that AC and extend those hours for the night owls who could love this spot. Well done 👍🏻

Great new addition to the Riverfront.

I hope to update the review as this place has a lot of potential to be great, but this was their first weekend, and they weren't quite ready. The service was very slow. I would have ordered food as well, but after waiting in line at the bar for a while for a drink and hearing others complain about the food wait as well I changed my mind. Food and drink prices are on the high side for what it is. Staff was very friendly and the place is very nice right on the river. It is also dog friendly. I hope to try it again and have a better experience once they have been open longer.

I saw clear signage throughout.

I’m going to hope it’s because they just opened up, but not a very good experience at all. Zero parking available around the building. Drove around for 15 minutes before we just parked at the hotel across the street. Only have 4 tables that are covered with shade. Had about 5 other tables with chairs in the shade, but all of them were chained up so you couldn’t sit on them.

We went the first weekend it open. We loved the coctails and the Mezze plater (esp. The Gringo). Very friendly for kids and dogs. And beautiful river views!
