Elevator floors are week and rotten. Carpet in the Elevator has probably never been shampooed. Ice machines only work on floor 3,5,and 8. Tub and shower needs caulking. Breakfast was a hot mess and gross. Sketchy area. I checked out the service Elevator and it's definitely not safe for employees. Hilton what's this?

This is not a working restaurant. It hosts the early evening reception. Don't get conned into thinking this is a dinning option

my mother and i visited and i joked about getting a protein shake, then he went out of his way to grab healthy snacks from the shop across the hotel! he’s a super personable and sweet man. he deserves a raise!

Michael is the best bartender I have in a long time. He has great customer services and great people skills.

The steaks were bragged about but were too tough and dry to chew. Chicken sandwiches were fine, but we refused to eat there again.

My husband and I had a late dinner here last night which will be one of the best memories we take away from Kansas City. The KC steak was excellent as well as the buffalo dip and the sides. Our server was Andre and he was very personable and took the time to give us insight into the city, as well as providing great service. It was meaningful to have a nice meal on our trip from PA to TX and a moment together to reflect.

Eat somewhere else. Food was disgusting. Not professionally prepared. how can you mess up a club sandwich?

Food ok, small choice. Very slow service because their manager's reception was on at same time and spent more time serving them than guests in the resturaunt

This place is a complete after thought. You can stand at the entrance and wait 15 minutes without an acknowledgement. There is one waitress for the whole area and we waited 15 minutes to get a drink of water. This feels like a after thought and not worth the price you pay for a burger let alone a steak. Not worth the money. Uber to the plaza.

A family health crisis took us to KC. We stayed at the Embassy Suites across from St. Lukes Medical Center Hospital. After exhausting days in the hospital, one is not interested in going out to dinner. The restaurant in the hotel offers excellent food. The menu is not extensive, but we sampled most of the choices and they were all great. Service is wonderful. The presentation very nice. The food is really very good. Prices are reasonable. There is a wine list with a good selection of choices, but you need to ask for it as it is not noted anywhere. Do not be put off by the lack of customers. Many people are ordering for in-room service. They offer some good pizza choices that are not on the menu. There is a great chopped salad. The filet is preferable to the strip steak and was cooked to perfection. All the hamburgers are good. The chicken breast is superb. If I could make some suggestions, I would put the wine list on the back of the menu. I would provide bread on the tables and with the meals. And, I would add sunflower seeds to that marvelous chop salad for texture. Stay in and enjoy the great food right there in the hotel.

The food at the restaurant was the worst meal I have paid for in a long time.

Vintage hotel--feels like upscale Cuba or Panama City, Panama.
