my mother and i visited and i joked about getting a protein shake, then he went out of his way to grab healthy snacks from the shop across the hotel! he’s a super personable and sweet man. he deserves a raise!
My husband and I had a late dinner here last night which will be one of the best memories we take away from Kansas City. The KC steak was excellent as well as the buffalo dip and the sides. Our server was Andre and he was very personable and took the time to give us insight into the city, as well as providing great service. It was meaningful to have a nice meal on our trip from PA to TX and a moment together to reflect.
A family health crisis took us to KC. We stayed at the Embassy Suites across from St. Lukes Medical Center Hospital. After exhausting days in the hospital, one is not interested in going out to dinner. The restaurant in the hotel offers excellent food. The menu is not extensive, but we sampled most of the choices and they were all great. Service is wonderful. The presentation very nice. The food is really very good. Prices are reasonable. There is a wine list with a good selection...
