This place has dropped in quality over the last 3 years and it shows, the food is expensive when you get half a chicken breast, ANY SALAD you get is all lettuce and a DUSTING of whatever else! I have never seen bartenders that look like they hate their life! Im so over this place!

ugly joe's in kansas city is a great spot for burgers they have a huge menu with tons of options but the burgers are the star of the show they're juicy and flavorful and you can tell they're made with high quality ingredients i tried the loaded waffle fries too and they were amazing the service was friendly and the atmosphere was lively with tons of tvs and pool tables it's a great place to catch a game or just hang out with friends the prices are pretty reasonable too which is a bonus i'd definitely recommend ugly joe's to anyone in the kansas city area looking for a great burger for a quick dinner or a night out they're a local favorite for a reason

I've been waiting for 20 minutes for loaded fries. I'm unsure of exactly what is going on but I feel like I wasted my time a little. I asked to dine in and they still have it to me in a bag. As if they're ready for me to leave.. but walked passed 100 times in 20 minutes with not a word.

Me another guy went in today after a round of golf. The place was not busy. Several tables were dirty with trash and food. The waitress was sitting at the end of the bar talking with friends. Finally she decided to waddle down to our table. Canât understand the attitude but asked us if we wanted something to drink. We asked for two glasses of water with lemon. She rolled her eyes and laughs. I asked her for two menus and she points to a barcode on the table and says thatâs the menu. Rude and unprofessional behavior. I wonât be back. Pathetic !
