Always at least 6 different options, including vegan/vegetarian friendly options. It's not like the pinnacle of dining experience, but come on guys, it's an all-you-can-eat cafeteria.
Still waiting on Halal food options that are accommodating Muslim students! Theirs is not a dietary option, rather, a religious obligation. Almost always, many muslim students cant have any meat because none is halal. Hours are very inconvenient. Wish it would work with late night and early morning people too. Other than that servers and food is good.
Enjoyed sit down lunches twice in UMKC Pierson in last 2 months. Includes chicken breast with Dijon mustard or sliced roast turkey, with soup, fresh green salad, mashed potatoes and 2nd time with mashed sweet potatoes. Finished w cheesecake drizzled w raspberry sauce. 2nd lunch finished w chocolate cake!
