I really want to like this place so I can go regularly, but I only want a latte, and theirs is not very good. The times I've been, my latte is always cold, and the espresso is very weak. I decided to give them a try again today, but was met with the same experience. Fortunately, I was headed back home and could heat my cold latte up in the microwave. It's a great concept, but I just can't pay the high price for a far below average product.

This place has significantly gone down hill since it switched names. Also, you’re always made to feel like you have to tip. Overall, the service consist of staff who are rude and short. Way overpriced and not worth supporting with that type of customer service.

Stopped here for my lunch break. Not only is this location super cute but also has fast and friendly service. Drive thru was busy but the inside was cozy, bright and pretty quiet for a Saturday afternoon. Perfect spot to read and enjoy some lunch! Plenty of healthy options to choose from including gluten free. The Mint Chip Energizer tastes EXACTLY like mint chip ice cream, but without the guilt!!! Delicious!! Sesame chicken salad was very fresh and tasty. H2O #5 was wonderfully refreshing during a long work day. This location will definitely be my go to place.

Came through drive-through asked for no ice to very little ice in my drink. The girl took it for me after I asked her to remake it literally just to turn around and give it back to me with the same amount of ice in it, and then got an attitude when I asked to not put any ice in it at all like I’m the customer she’s the worker, so why is she getting an attitude horrible service? If you’re not gonna make somebody drink the way they want it then why are you working there? Her attitude sucked She’s lucky she didn’t get a trip out the window.over priced!!! and the rude blonde girl didn’t put sugar in my coffee like I asked horrible service all the way around

Order in the drive through, snag a table inside, or even relax on their small, private patio. This juicery is filled with lovely plants and is a perfect spot to work remote, complete homework, or to enjoy a nice date. The service at this spot is super quick and the inside is very clean! Highly recommend Billie’s Juicery in KC if you get the chance to visit!
