We had an incredible experience at Union on the Hill. Not only were the offerings unique and delicious, but the atmosphere and vibe was so cool, we just hung out chatting and enjoying our time so much. This is definitely a GEM!

Quaint little restaurant with a wonderful patio to enjoy cool days. The food was so good! The mini waffles are a must to enjoy! Staff was so friendly and very attentive and accommodating. (Thanks Kacee!) Overall a great experience and a must try!
I had a business meeting at Union On The Hill with a colleague. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful! It has a modern, clean, and rustic elegance that I truly appreciate.
Our server was very kind and attentive, however, his face had what appeared to be a bruise that looked bloody. It was distracting and made me question if he touched it before handling our plates & glasses.
We both ordered the Savory Fried Rice and chose the braised short rib as our protein. They also give an option of grilled chicken. The veggies, garlic ginger soy sauce, sesame, fried egg, sambal, and scallions were harmonized and a delight to my palate. Personally, I prefer my rice firmer. I asked if bean sprouts were available (to add a crunch), and was told no.
Shortly after our server delivered that news, a man came out of the kitchen and looked at me with a glare. I told my colleague that I think I may have offended the Chef!
Overall, our visit was worth repeating! I truly enjoyed the ambiance and look forward to patronizing this restaurant frequently. I’ve got my eye on the Chop Chop, Salmon Toast, Caveman Crispy Chicken, and Liquid Brunch.

The chicken and waffles are absolutely amazing. One of the best renditions I’ve ever had! The smoke and mirrors drink is so delicious, I had to have another one. Kacee was an excellent server and she brought us everything we needed expeditiously! Definitely recommend you come here, it won’t disappoint.

Wow. I was not expecting such a delicious treat. Order the Union Burger and the chicken and waffles. Zen Hughes the sweet maple syrup on the burger and you will be in heaven ??

A great quaint spot like this, I'd like to keep to myself but everything was so amazing I had to give accolades where it is due! Our experience here was AMAZING! From the atmosphere (we ate outside) to our server, and most importantly, the food ? OH the food! I love flavor and they delivered above what I expected. Will definitely be going back.
